“Knocking off one star as the machine couldn’t read the pre paid ticket. Perhaps not suitable for anyone with any walking difficulties as it is a good 10 min walk. Also another note is look out at the crossings through the carpark as it can be tricky to see moving cars coming if larger vehicles are parked beside the crossings.”
“Only 1 bus running between front door and plane parking area.
First bus full, forced to wait for a second, expecting another to come quicker however the bus returns and it was the same driver.
Eventually got back to my car and at the barrier was requested I pay £180 before exit, even though I had pre booked and paid for my stay. Luckily was 4pm in the afternoon so there was someone at the other end of the intercom to help. Not sure I would have had the same outcome if it was 4am.”
“Great service , easy experience checking in and enterance - staff great and helpful - signs to car park on exit a little confusing as the signs take you to tram stop unless you double back - once you do that it’s dead easy”

Return a bit of a mix up had to wait until staff member delivered car . It is expensive

“Parking on outward journey was perfectly OK - it was the problem on the return.
The transfer bus arrived promptly however when I went to get my car it was blocked in. I had been awake for over 18 hours at this point and the delay in getting on my way home was the low point of my trip. Too many cars booked in and not enough parking slots.”
“Quick and easy to use. Ideal for our 2am return flight when everyone's tired and grouchy.
Both drop off and pick up were uneventful, car was exactly where they said it would be. There were no queues, and the staff were friendly (fun) and helpful!
Would do this again (tho cost was evenly shared between 4 adults, might just get someone to come for me if it was just 1-2 of us).
