“Very disappointing return experience to long stay. I was physically unable to drive and with assistance from airport staff called to assist, eventually was taken to a public transport option. Procured an emergency prescription and recovered my vehicle this morning, at an additional £55 charge.”

“We used the FastPark option at Edinburgh airport which was so quick and easy, and the staff member on duty when we parked was friendly and helpful. After a delayed flight home from our holiday landing at 4am we were very grateful for the ease and speed we could collect our car and head home”
“It is easy to find and simple to operate, particularly as a very helpful person assisted us both on arrival and also when we returned. We also had a two day delay in our return due to easyJet problems and storm Amy, but were quickly assisted in resolving this problem. The staff are courteous and very professional.”
“The cost of parking adds a lot to your holiday so I used the plane parking this time. The shuttle buses were very good and delivered you to the terminal in minutes. We will use this car park in future.”
“Knocking off one star as the machine couldn’t read the pre paid ticket. Perhaps not suitable for anyone with any walking difficulties as it is a good 10 min walk. Also another note is look out at the crossings through the carpark as it can be tricky to see moving cars coming if larger vehicles are parked beside the crossings.”
“Only 1 bus running between front door and plane parking area.
First bus full, forced to wait for a second, expecting another to come quicker however the bus returns and it was the same driver.
Eventually got back to my car and at the barrier was requested I pay £180 before exit, even though I had pre booked and paid for my stay. Luckily was 4pm in the afternoon so there was someone at the other end of the intercom to help. Not sure I would have had the same outcome if it was 4am.”
