“I had previously used plane parking in January with no issues of finding a car parking space. However on our arrival on Saturday 13th June it took me over 1hr to keep driving round until I finally got a parking space with luck I followed a man who got off the shuttle bus so I could take his space. This wasn't good for anxiety before travel as I asked the shuttle bus driver prior to this to see where else I could park and he said the overspill was full also. It worked eventually but as I said didn't do well just before travel.”
“On the way in to FastPark everything is so smooth and if the review was based solely on that it would be 5 stars! The signage on the way in and the key drop off etc is all so easy and I was pleasantly surprised. However, it feels as though when you arrive back to collect your car the effort and care for customers goes out the window. We arrived back at 3am, collected our keys and headed to the car (all very easy) but then we found that along with other people there was absolutely no signage on how to exit the car park?! Several of us were driving round in circles with no staff to be seen anywhere. We then got to the exit gates to find that we were actually at the short stay exit and couldn't get out that way. After a lot of faff we finally saw a tiny, barely visible at that time in the morning sign for fast park exit only. Not the stress that you need in that morning when you are exhausted and it feels like a lack of care for your customers.”
“Well signposted as soon as you banter the airport area. Parking spaces are dotted about and not hard to find. The pick up points are central and frequent. You just need to be patient and relax as you are going on holiday!!”
“Upon arrival at the airport, we were getting a bit dismayed how for we had to travel to get to the ‘Plane Parking’ area and once inside we went up and down the various lanes a number of times trying to find a parking space with no idea if we would find one. But after finding a space the transfer by bus was good both going and coming back. But because of not knowing where we could find a parking space and the hassle involved I would be tempted to use a Meet and Greet parking in future”
“No clear signage as to where to park. Once through barrier into car park you are faced with no entry signs leaving you confused as how to get into parking facility on left.”
