“I pre booked the multistorey car park. The directions took me through the drop off and pick up area and I was charged £6.00 to go straight through. I was in there about 1 minute.
When I eventually found the way in the parking was fine.”
“This was our first time using the service and we were very impressed. A warm welcome from both members of staff, who were exceptionally helpful. Being able to park so close to the airport made the initial stages of our journey so easy and meant that our middle daughter, who has a physical and learning disability, was able to access the airport without additional stress. Collecting the car on our return was just as simple. We will definitely use fast park in the future. Sincere thanks again for excellent service and good old-fashioned customer care!”
“Accessibility good, car park good, access to the terminal good but leaving the car park is a shocker, based on the fact that the automatic number plate recognition system rarely working. It's now a standing joke in our office and the wider business community about the chat required with the man in the control room to escape the barrier at the exit. This has been ongoing now for well over a year and the internet contains evidence of a plethora of drivers complaining about the same thing at EDI's premium car park. I guess this has gone past describing the issue as poor service and is into the space of someone senior just doesn't care. No pride in the job and no regard on how this consistent failure reflects upon them and their company. Also and finally, the chat with the man in the control room never ends with an apology. No humility or recognition on their part or on the part of their manager who has clearly overlooked the importance of such gestures. I guess they must be in charge of Sales Prevention? PS - this never happens at GLA. Do they have better technology or do they just care about the quality of service they deliver to their customers.”
“I always use fast park,the staff cannot do enough for you and nothing is a problem,on this occasion I was late due to my flight being late and diverted to Manchester so i was expecting to have to pay more but the staff on duty were fantastic and kept the payment as low as possible.
Fantastic staff and thank you very much,i will still use this parking as it’s just a very short walk into the terminal.”

“Reasonable value on the surface, but more often that not, the ANPR system doesn;t work with pre-payment requiring a 2-4min conversation at the barrier.”
“Great value and service. I feel the signage on the approach could be bigger and better (I missed it completely in the dark and wet the first time I used Fastpark), and better signage in the arrivals hall. Otherwise, it’s very convenient and the staff present are hugely helpful.”
