“Multi-Story Car Park (MSCP) The signage is clear from the main approach road to the last roundabout and onto the first barrier where the machine issues ticket (i pre-pay/book to get discount). From there to the MSCP present ticket to further machine up ramp and park. I park on level two and use the complimentary FastTrack (direct link) and within 10 mins I’m standing in the Cafe Nero queue airside. On exiting the car park recently at 11pm it wouldn’t recognise my number plate – pressed buzzer quoted my registration, sorted. I drive a pickup and the wider ramp up/down great in comparison to other MSCP’s I’ve parked in. Overall, I would recommend parking here.”
“Excellent service when on arrival.
On our return however we along with several other customers had difficulty in obtaining our keys from the lockers.
The system would not scan our code and kept shutting down.
Had to contact staff member who attended and could not get the scanner to work. He had to open the unit control and reset the system causing a delay .
This is the only problem as I would not go elsewhere to park and hope this is resolved before our next visit.

“Although Ithe convenience of parking so near to Airport and the process of handing keys in was great, I was disappointed to see 3.5 miles were added to the car during my absence and both wing mirrors were adjusted to an unusual setting, the internal mirror was askew, the seat height was also at its highest position. Makes me wonder what happened to my vehicle whilst I was away”
“Perfect. Just a short walk to the airport so no waiting for buses. Our flight was changed so had to lengthen our stay. This was easy to do 24 hours before our original departure time.”
“Very easy to park car on arrival,on returning found it a bit of a walk back to get keys then to car , struggled to find way out of car park, sign to get out a bit confusing .”

If the attendants could return all air-conditioning, radio, seating adjustments, etc. back to how the car is left it would be better.”
“First time flying from Edinburgh and using the fast park service, and it was faultless. The signage around the airport was excellent so I found the fast park car park easily. The on site staff were brilliant and guided me through the few processes to drop off and collect my keys.
Id definitely look to book it again”
“We have book before and used this service it’s quick and easy. For the first time as we were leaving the machine tried to charge us despite already paying. However it was really easy to call / press the button and the person on the other end managed to find my booking and avoid us paying a second payment. This was easy, a little less seemless than last time. But I would still highly recommend.”
“Relatively straightforward until trying to exit. Entrance scanner never registered my licence plate on arrival and this meant on trying to exit it was looking for full payment. Had to go to intercom lane, who was very helpful a²nd remedied the error immediately, added 10mins to exit time, nothing major, just a slight inconvenience, which if busier could have been a biggger issue.”
