I parked at Glasgow and had issues exiting a couple of months ago. I went to Edinburgh long stay and paid in advance collected a ticket and again on exit I have to contact the office on the intercom to get released from the car park. I you are going to have a number plate recoginsion system in place. GET IT WORKING!

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

I prepaid for parking up till 22:00. I picked up my car and went to exit. The barrier remained down and the screen said I was due to pay £100. I spoke to the office and without explaining why I was told I had to pay £100, the barrier was raised. Good result for me but how much is made from unsuspecting foreigners who don’t speak English or who don’t understand and just pay up?

Tried to charge me £180 on leaving the mid stay facility on Monday 19th. I had paid in advance for 4 day stay and was well within myt time limits for arrival and departure. Upon requesting assistance via the ticket machine, the gentleman was helpful and checked the details (i think) and let me out without charge..... How many other people havent queried the charge and just paid it!!!!!!!!

The 10 minute walk (potentially in poor weather, considering that the airport is in Scotland) and no shuttle bus, really detracts from the experience of using the airport's long stay parking. I don't know how people with mobility issues manage.

Thank you for your review, Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020 and the car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Entrance into car park was unclear and required directions from police officer. When leaving, ticket machine tried to charge me £145 despite having a pre-booking. This took 3 calls to try and sort out, lasting nearly 30 minutes.

Thank you for your review, I’m sorry to hear you found our wayfinding confusing. Clear signage is one of the most important things to have in any busy environment, but especially in an airport. Please be assured that we are actively working on our wayfinding strategy, and we will ensure feedback, like yours, is brought into the discussion. The signposts confusing and ended up paying a drop off fee to enter the right car park. The multiple ticket barriers are annoying as is having to use ticket to exit. It caused the most stress on my journey!

Hi there, Thank you for your review. Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. Please be assured that we are working hard to upgrade our wayfinding where required. The directions were clear but when I arrived even though I prepaid there was no option but to take a ticket. Then I got stuck in the lot on the way out. Not really a fan of that.

Entered the card to leave the car park, and the screen said I owed £175. Buzzed for support, and after confirming my car reg, name etc the operator opened the barrier. I’m not clear if it was a technical issue, or something I did wrong, but wasn’t the smooth exit I would be looking for.

Tried to charge me £150 on exit for pre-booked parking. Second time this has happened. Not very helpful when there is a queue of cars behind waiting to exit.

Hi, I am disappointed that Motorbikes are charged full price for parking at the airport. Surely an area can be assigned that can be used that will reduce the space taken up by using a full car space? Then either charge accordingly (smaller fee) or make it free. Also the automation doesn’t work as there are only front facing registration cameras.

Usually a great service but couldn’t get out of the car park as there was a problem with my booking and the intercom was ‘busy’ for 20 minutes so ended up paying twice just to get out!

The roads in the 'Plane Parking' are tarmac but all the parking bays are chips/stones/chuckies which cars have dragged all over the 'safe walking' routes in the car-park, meaning you have to walk on the roads in the car=park which isnt the safest Unlike NCP Scotpark & Premair at the airport.....there is no bus stop by the car-park exit, meaning a bit of a walk from the nearest stop.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We have raised your feedback about the stone chips with the relevant team who will look into this further. There are two bus stops within Plane Parking one on each side the car park. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Drainage is really poor and there are deep puddles in many places after even light rain. Some puddles are inches deep where cars are parked guaranteeing wet feet. Worse, the landscape architect appears to have designed low points in the gap between mid stay and long stay with no gully thus allowing water to pool in an area folk cannot simply walk round. Everything else is good and fine but this is such a basic failing that it destroys all the other good work that has taken place to improve the car park.

I paid in advance but on inserting the parking card into the exit machine it told me that i was due to pay £170. While this was quickly sorted out by the staff member it is clear that there is something badly wrong with the system

Same as always pre booked charged on exit. Every time without fail I can’t exit the carpark. I go through the entire process of pressing button getting help. It’s a pain

The first time we booked in with fast parking, our number plate was not recognised and we had to phone up to be let in. Fortunately, the response was fast and positive. On the second occasion we got in OK but when we left our ticket was deemed to produce a fine of over £300 ! Again, we phoned up, explained our situation and the barrier was lifted without any explanation at all. This was not very good considering we had paid more than £90 for a one week stay.

Thank you for your review, I can confirm that Plane Parking operates a shuttle bus however it sounds like you have entered the wrong car park which would also explain the charge you were met with when exiting the car park. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
