“Access around the car park was always slow and tricky unless you know where you are going. IT HAS NOW GOT SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE, NOW THAT YOUVE DECIDED TO SACRIFICE THE MAIN THRU ROAD, TO MAKE ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES. Plus there are totally inadequate walkways to the South west corner, far end car parking area. which you have to share with the narrowed down roads, it will be chaos when the car park is as good as full when the main summer schedules start. Pure greed, you should be building another multistory car park in this area, once you've left enougth room for a decent sized floor plate extension to the airport terminal, not just the airbridges and walkways currently being built.”
“It's good. The bus to plane parking is reasonable and it's great to see the electric busses on that route. The path to and through the long-stay is a bit poor. A well layed out covered walkway would be nice.”
“Plane parking at Edinburgh is one of the best places for leaving your car. I try and use it everytime I go on holiday from Edinburgh. They might be the only one to provide a bus from the parking to the terminal, so you don't have to walk for miles in the rain and its to closest to the airport. When the prices for parking are around the same price, there is no contest. I have used this parking for years and have never had any problems.”
“Have parked in the airport parking multiple times when going on holiday without issue however this time I did not have a pleasant experience. When I returned to my car it had been damaged. No one available to speak to at the weekend therefore I had to wait until the Monday to speak to customer service team. The agent I spoke to was very polite and professional. Unfortunately there is no CCTV for whole car park and only at certain areas (front entrance) therefore parking in here you are doing so at your own risk and I am now out of pocket to pay for the damage that was made to my car in a car park I thought was safe.”

“After landing back at Edingburgh airport in the early hours and going to retrieve our car, we found that the signs in yellow labelled B were incorrect after hunting up and down the row of vehicles. It turned out that smaller signs showing B were now in place and we eventually found our vehicle after a further 20 minute frustrated run around the car park. Needs to be more specific and not confusing.”
“I had a problem with the parking as I had to come home early. There is an online function to extend your parking booking if you are comming back late but no option to reduce the parking booking. I had to send multiple emails and phone calls to get the car back early. I did not receive any confermation that the car would be there for me when I got back at 23:30. Thankfully it was there.”
“Best way to start your travel, driving right into the terminal and dropping your car off. No hassle, and you control the timing of you arrival at the airport. No driving around looking for a space, drive in, drop your car and hand over the keys. On return, your car is ready waiting for you and all you need to do is walk out the terminal, pick up the keys and off you go.”
