“Mid parking stay “Safe and Secure” car damaged by person trying to park while on trip. Didn’t have the decency to acknowledge the damage caused.
Awaiting for response from Edinburgh Airport to see if there is any cctv in the area.”

On return, I was able to explain quickly my situation and the operator via the barrier call button was able to allow me to exit despite my entry ticket being covering only part of my car parking stay”
“Drop off and collection was smooth. However it is not acceptable to collect my car in the state it was in. It was clean when I left it with you. But it was absolutely filthy down the whole driver’s side upon collection. See the photo. This makes me concerned for where my car was stored while I was gone.”

,staff very friendly and helpful and saved me £50 aswell which is always a bonus so 10/10 id give it.”
