“Parking and pick up was so easy! On our way back however my wife left her purse and phone on the plane. It was after midnight so no one was able to help us at the airport. We asked one of the fastpark assistants if they could help. The assistants name was Sophie MacClay and she managed to arrange getting my wife's belongings back. She provided first class service and stayed with us until everything was sorted out. So a big thank you to Sophie!”

“No problems on arrival; staff members on duty were helpfuland efficient. Problems getting out. Machine failed to recognise car number plate. I wouldn't have known what to do if there hadn't been a member of staff driving behind me who told me to press for a ticket. Then at the next exit the machine did not recognise the ticket and tried to charge me £7. Again, the same member of staff came to my rescue, but as a result I have little faith in your technology.”
