There is no pathway from the car park to the airport - really dangerous when travelling with a 6 and 1 year old. There is no shelter so you get drenched walking to the airport. The price is so expensive.

Arrived having booked months in advance. Spent 20 minutes trying to find a parking space. When I spoke to an attendant he was less than helpfully and said that they were extremely busy and offered no assistance.

We arrived at 5 am and coulld not find a diaabled parking space. We had to walk the length of the row as there was no slot available. On our return we had to press the intercom as we were asked to pay £360 even though we paid in advance. Our car came up as Seat Ibiza instead of Kia Niro. So all in all a bit disappointing.

On leaving car park machine was asking for £180. I was still booked fir another 40 minutes!! Pressed for assistance and was let out after registration was checked

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Parking in disabled really difficult as no signs to show where to go. Also, On return, held up at barrier as asked for £240 due, although had receipt for payment, . Eventually got through after talking to intercom staff. This was far too long as already booked and paid for. You need to get yourselves sorted out.

Unfortunately we turned up to find the car park virtually full which meant circling it more than twice to actually find a space. The spaces are also very tight so not ideal trying to get a baby and all their stuff out.

Building work had closed the main pathway thru the multistory and parking behind it meant walking thru the car exit route and trying to find gaps in barriers to get across to the terminal. Same adventure on the return. Exit barrier didn't recognise my reg was prepaid, wanted £181, so pressed the button and thankfully got a very helpful member of staff who let me out. Overall a poor experience. The system really didn't work, thankfully the staff do a better job. Come on Edinburgh Airport, get your act together!

Booked a parking at airport and arrived with plenty of time to park and check in. Spent 45 minutes trawling around trying to get parked no spaces to be found. Eventually found a very helpful attendant and we just moved the trolleys out the way and i parked there.I don't know how they can sell spaces at the parking when there are none.

Mid stay parking car park is uneven and has multiple large puddles. the entrance and exit gates are very narrow and difficult to get through with a full size car. Overall Poor for the Price.

We had Fast Track anfcparked on level two with our suitcases but then had to find our way back down to level 0 to check in before going back up to Fast Track. Most annoying. On leaving the airport the sign next to the bus stances pointed to go left for the Multi Storey but this had been closed off and so we had to reverse our steps to the right and into the Multi Storey at the front door The sign posting needs to be corrected and according to a member of staff this complaint has been repeatedly ignored. The actual automatic operation of the parking barriers was very good

Parking was great, but couldn't believe I had to pay£4 to get my car out the carpark. Unsure if there was an issue with the barrier not recognising my reg. So this made the carnpark expensive and at 02.30 in the morning I wasn't in the .ood to try and find someone to challenge the charge.

Oh dear NCP failed to supply shuttle bus as per agreement and the entrance numbers count for nothing as all flights through any entranceway despite advice Shambolic and far f try on recovered from covid

Parking my car prior to departure wasn’t much of an issue, however, trying to find my way back to the terminal car park after arriving back into Edinburgh was somewhat difficult due to the poor signs and closed-off areas. I also had to call for assistance at the barrier to leave the car park as I wasn’t given a ticket on arrival.

Parking very straight forward, but when we went to pick our car up at 3.30 am the barrier wouldn't lift and it asked us for £180 😳 obviously a mistake quickly sort but wow what a shock, after checking the ticket we notice our 6 digit reg plate had an extra letter on it, sort your system out, why is it adding random letter to number plates. Ps my confirmation has the right number plate so not a mistake on my part

I found the signage from in particular but also to the long stay car park very inadequate All the exit signs are for cars, not pedestrians and I basically just had to aim for the terminal and find a gap in the fence - considering it is part of the airport infrastructure -and the cost - I think more could be done especially as the shuttle bus has seemingly been abandoned

Whilst reasonably priced if booked well in advance. The long stay is now packed ( I've been 3 times in the past month), with spaces only available at the very far end of the car park, with no directional signage indicating free space areas, so 10+ minutes trying to find a space and then 10-12 minute walk to the terminal for a very abled bodied person not pulling a bag. it is particularly poor if you do have a bag, as there is no cleared walkway through to the terminal and you literally have to squeeze between cars, in addition, there's no clear pedestrian directional signs, so you have to know where the one gate is through to the mid-stay parking area. whilst EDI's flight selection is great, this like the rest of the terminal is now looking tired and needs some simple TLC to tidy it up and make more passenger friendly.

We found entering the parking was slightly unclear instructions given were fine it was the signage that caused a bit uncertainty maybe a number system aswell as name would make it easier, like 1 terminal parking 2 multi story parking and have the numbers in the instructions, this would make it easier for recognition. We also found it very dificult to find a space to park, we ended up a long way from the terminal and certainly not in the advertised parking area, so we would of just aswell paid for the long term parking which was a bit cheaper.

I pre-booked a place in Terminal parking for 26 hours. I was surprised to see that there were no spaces available when I got there at 6am. There were temporary white signs with arrows saying 'spaces' but when I went into the overflow carpark, there were no spaces there either. I ended up having to park in a spot with yellow zigzags - i.e. not a space - which concerned me. I was relieved when I got back the next day to see that no penalty had been given but it was very unsettling. I wonder why I was able to book a space if there were no spaces avaliable.
