“A very good experience, the only improvement I would ask for is a few signs pointing the way to the multi-storey entrance. Having the fast track security included was excellent.”
“Fantastic service and empathy shown from the whole team. We deal with faceless individuals and assume it’s all robotic, pleased to say there are genuine people behind the scenes taking away the stress and worry.
I flew from JFK to CDG and missed the flight back to Edinburgh , I messaged to say that due to this my timing was later than expected , no pressure and no hard sell just genuine empathy and understanding.
Then when I got home the chap on the intercom was amazing , unfortunately I didn’t get his name but wanted to thank him for his understanding and genuine common sense approach.

“Parking the car in the multi storey was fine. The problems begin with the fast track pass as:
1. You now have to scan both your plane ticket and email voucher to allow each person through the barrier. This takes time on a phone and holds the queue up. 2. The fast pass queue forms from 2 points - both from the car park end and from inside the airport - this causes issues as people think you are pushing in. This needs sorting.”
“This is such a simple process ! I really appreciate being so close to the airport, especially on my late night return when I just wanted to get in my car and drive home. Thank you. I now don't consider parking anywhere else.”
“We booked weekend parking in the multi storey at the terminal, which included fast track for everyone in the car. We parked on level 2 and were straight through the entrance to fast track security. It was an absolute breeze getting in and out! When we booked it was only a few pounds more than our usual secure air parks parking, well worth it. We were in the car and out of the car park before our friends were on their shuttle bus.”
