The parking procedure was all ok but I don't understand why 4 miles were clocked on my car when it was meant to be a secure overnight stay. I asked the question and was told my car was moved to be parked somewhere else but 2 miles away. not buying that so I won't be using this facility again.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour of other customers parking on the roads and in front of other cars because they cannot be bothered parking further away where there are spaces. The fact that the airport does nothing means that this practice goes on, without consequence. You should put signs up stating that if you’re not parked in a bay, your car will be towed. It makes it difficult to navigate the parking and stressful. I think you ought to have more trolley bays too. We parked properly a long way from the airport and there was nowhere to take trolleys back to nearby. There is also no easy way of getting the trolley to the car as there are no paths through the spaces to get to the far away spots. The roads have massive speed bumps which makes it almost impossible. Overall the parking an in enjoyable and stressful experience. Not what is needed before or after a holiday.

We have seen an increase in our car park use recently and unfortunately some drivers are choosing to park on double yellow lines instead of occupying a space a little further back. No shuttle bus to airport is very poor service.

Hi, Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 8-12-minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. The stoppage of the long stay shuttle bus has been widely shared across our website and social media. All customers who pre-book long stay parking should receive notification of this in their booking confirmation and there should be notices in all bus shelters alerting customers to the service change. The concept and process is very good. The help on arrival was great. However, when I picked the car up there were scuff marks on the passenger door. I reported this to the attendant. Since then the Duty Manager is refusing to accept the damage was caused by EAP despite clear photographic evidence, and this is now likely to end up as a legal issue. Just awful.

Fine on entry to multi storey. Very disappointing on exit as your system had my car registration number as of 2016 - 7 years ago and so would not let me out. My current is a 2021 number and this number was definitely input when I booked. It was good job I could remember the 2016 number ( I am 81 years old) or I would have had to pay nearly £500, rather than just over £80 for my stay. Please get this system sorted out

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Arrived Edinburgh airport 18-02-23 airport signage is terrible ended up in short stay car park cost £4 to drive thro the short stay - had to ask a taxi driver for direction Spend some money Ito improve parking signage

The Long Stay Parking at Edinburgh Airport no longer has a bus service to the terminal. This may be acceptable on a fine day but in bad weather this does not provide the best start or end for any journey. The walking route from the car park to the terminal is also not clearly marked and has no weather protection for the most part.

The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. I’m sorry to hear you found our wayfinding confusing. Clear signage is one of the most important things to have in any busy environment, but especially in an airport. My ticket did not open the barrier on entry and exit. It said " missing data". Both times I had to call the attendant.!

My plans changed and I found that the "Multi-storey Refundable" product cannot be changed/refunded within 24 hours of arrival.

Thank you for your review. If you have booked refundable parking this can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your booking is due to start. As advised within the terms and conditions, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking starts you are unable to receive a refund. On arrival to the carpark we struggled to find a space I would have thought if you have prepaid that a space or an area should be dedicated to these clients.

Did not enjoy the experience of technology-operated service, lack of human support! Car was not parked in the area cited on receipt had to go looking for the vehicle.

Parking is oversubscribed it seems as cars are parked out of bays on pavements and force you to walk in the road towards oncoming cars and through puddles. Walk ways are badly sign posted and turns out are marked by plastic Bollards- Hard to see from 2 rows back , so you end up traversing rows looking to get out. Fine when you know where are going, but a major pain on your first visit. Don’t even ask about how to exit the car park, again driving around looking till you chance on it

Arrived at long stay on 11th February parking OK. On return our Tui flight from Verona was delayed (Flight TOM 1689 ). This was due to fog at Verona and our eventual transfer to Bergamo then on to Edinburgh arriving at 19:00. Tried to exit Long Stay Car Park and got a message to pay £16.50. Was unable to make contact with anyone to discuss. Paid charge by credit card and it took me at least 10minutes to exit. I would like to pursue a refund of the excess charge as this was beyond my control. My son on the same flight had no excess charge. Order ID AW1V0GGGG Car Reg SP70NBM. Thanks John Pearson

too expensive, even with so called discount offers. Better to get the Tram or Taxi.

Handy enough for terminal( mid stay) but poor layout of walking route. Surface pretty poor- pot holes . Not good for pulling cases
