“We parked in the mid-stay carpark which was easy to find using sat nav. It is also quite easy to walk to the airport from there. I recommend taking a photo of the large blue sign where you are parked. The car park is laid out OK. Everyone seems to park together so drive on a bit and you'll find a space.
Our big problem was arriving back at night and not being able to find the mid-stay carpark, we were stressed out wandering all over the grounds searching for it.
Better signs needed.”

“Fairly straightforward - although did try and charge me over 200 pound when I tried to leave. Fortunately I pressed the buzzer and an employee helped me with it. I believe the camera hadn’t scanned my registration plate correctly.”

“Location once found was excellent. The price is reasonable. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the service. Having arrived the number plate recognition didn't work as was advised on the email. The person who answered the intercom was rude and unhelpful. Upon return again having to use the intercom as the number plate recognition didn't work, the person in the other end was very rude.”

“Was ok bought prepaid parking in multi story got in ok as heading out well within the time window to be presented for bill of £210 presented the buzzer to get assistance to get someone with and attitude who finally let me out without paying the penalty. Should not have happened in the first place”

“We usually use fast park but chose terminal as was a bit cheaper and was only for a few days .
However we found it extremely difficult to find a free space !
Eventually after 15 mins we headed up to the top part across and found one but were concerned it maybe wasn't part of terminal which we'd paid for.

“The walk from the longstay carpark to the airport is embarrassing. It looks like some temporary construction job that is in place permanently. The seagulls eat their way through the exposed plastic bin bags, 2 No and rubbish is left on the footpath ignored by everyone. This is opposite the taxis. The route is poorly signposted and not good in the dark. You need to pull your socks up because this makes us all look rank amateur. First impressions of visitors is not good!!”

You're right - at the moment the Long Stay car park does look a bit like a construction site and that is because there is currently construction work going on that will see the walking route upgraded, space lines re-painted and the re-location of free drop-off and pick-up to the nearest point to the terminal from the Long Stay car park. We know that these types of works don't 'look' great whilst being done, but they are being done to make the experience better for our customers and will be completed in the coming months.
I'll also feedback your comments re. litter and signage to the appropriate teams.

“The parking its self is great, but every time i have used mid stay it charges me ^5 on exit and i have to contact the staff on the buzzer and hold up the queue. its really frustrating after a business trip when you just want to get home, please sort the license recognition as i know many colleagues experience this issue too”

“Immediately after I made my booking and paid the full price quoted, I received an email offering 10% discount if I booked. When I complained I was told it was not possible to received the discount - quite a lot of money considering it was a 3 week booking in multi-storey!”

“Parking at the airport was the easiest option although the long stay car park, which is the only reasonably priced option for a weekend, was a long, cold, unsheltered walk from the terminal. The current works ongoing in the car park made it difficult to find where to go to get to the terminal when you were parked at the far side of the car park (the only area with spaces).”

“I would have given 5 stars but for a few niggles. The staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful and it was easy to retrieve my key and my car on my return. However it appears that whoever was driving the car played around with the settings and worst of all switched off my automatic headlights. Leaving a well lit airport onto a well lit road I didn't initially notice so was driving without headlights. I don't know why the driver felt the need to fiddle with the car settings and turn off my headlights but they're actions would make me think twice before using this service again.”
“Pretty average considering it’s meant to be the best parking in Edinburgh airport. It’s seems the structure itself is poorly built and or maintained. As illustrated by the massive puddle of mud/dirty water behind my car (middle of third floor so not near an outside wall). Glasgow multi storey is a better car park”

“Long stay parking is a good option if you don’t mind a long walk 10-15mins to the airport terminal. The price keeps creeping up (I used to use the Mid Stay facility, but the price hikes have made it too expensive). Their current maintenance work on half of the long stay car park make the walk longer and spaces fewer. My holiday was off-season and it was still packed with few spaces left.”
