I parked in Plane Parking which is probably the furthest away from the airport but no shuttle bus. Luckily I only had carry on luggage but it would not be suitable for people with a lot of luggage or young children.

The parking itself it's fine, however it's far too easy to end up in the drop off parking and end up paying the £5 charge. Please double check what lane your are driving in

The idea is great and handing the car key in was reasonably straightforward (though i had to do everything myself). However, getting back, we were faced with two walls of small lockers and several screens, with no indication of which one to use. Then, once we manage to get the bar code to scan and finally get the right bank of lockers to get our key, we had to work out where the car was and then lug our two large heavy suitcases across the badly surfaced road to the very end of the car park to get our car. If you are going to offer a premium service, there needs to be an element of 'service' in it. If I have to do all of the work, it's not a service.

It would be good to see more dedicated disabled bays nearer the lifts on each floor, particular the second floor/fast track access, and also better monitoring of cars that are parked in disabled spaces that they are actually permitted to do so, i.e.displaying valid blue badges. On the whole though, the process of booking and parking at the Airport is really good and the inclusion of fast track admission is well worth it.

Every single time I have left the car park the machine has wrongly said I was due £140 resulting in me having to buzz for assistance.

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Was confusing going through the first car park to get to the multi-storey, need to be clear that the ticket you get at the first barrier is the one you use at the barrier for the multi story.

The system didn't recognise my car registration number. It took more than 5 minutes to connect to assistance and find out the situation

Entry to the Fastpark was easy, Exit ... another story ! Despite informing staff that I am registered 30% disabled (not a blue card holder), my car was located in slot D40 , a dastance form the ticket area that I could never have walked. Fortunately the Travel Assistance person was able to assist me. I may also add that my car was left with a space of < 15 inches from its neighbour making getting into my car very difficult.

Sat nav took me inside Edinburgh airport and had to pay £5 to get out. Bus took 30 minutes to collect us

Fantastic stay but id prefer more disabled spaces cos there just isn't any available anytime i go there...I think in the past 10yrs I only managed to find one but the multi storey car park is always my go to place its unbeatable

Convenient. Although watch the pricing their “discount” link ended up being more expensive than just doing it the Regular way!

Fast Park Drop off was quick and each, however the automated key label printing machines are not good. The label ripped and required a member of staff to re-print. the instructions are not clear. Collection of the key was quick and easy as was finding the car. Very convienient to the terminal. However the all the temperature settings, air vents, seating position, sterring wheen position was changed in the car, and rubbish had been left in the door by whoever had been moving it to and from the airport whilst away. Finally there is poor signage for Fast Park within the terminal to return to the car.

No available blue badge parking within the car park I had paid for at the time of my arrival. I am a wheelchair user and therefore an accessible space is essential. Fortunately I eventually found a standard space at the end of a row so I parked there. I reached out to the airport to give my feedback and I was told if this happens again I should go to the exit and press the intercom and ask the staff to make alternative arrangements. I feel like this information should be made available at the time of making the booking as for many disabled drivers it won't be as easy as just picking any space to park in.

I use the multistorey parking all of the time, and generally choose it so we can use the fasttrack channel to security. More than a little annoyed last Wednesday evening arriving in the car park for a 2125 flight to Luton to find the door to the channel closed from the car park end, because the fast track channel was closed. Whilst security wasn't busy, it was inconvenient to have to walk around the long way through the terminal building. So you need to make sure you're not selling something at a time that it's not available!

Handy car park. Never had problems before but on this occasion I put my parking ticket in the exit only to be told I was due £120 ??? I spoke to some via the intercom who checked my car registration and was informed it was a mistake. Not a big deal but not something you want to see.

Right now I could not recommend this parking in either long stay or plane parking. It took me longer to get to my car and out of the airport than my flight from Shetland. Construction and resurfacing work is poorly planned and organised causing significant delays. I just missed the bus and its cycle is not 10 minutes as it has to navigate the same poorly planned works. We then had to navigate the delay again as I had to do when I retirved my car. This is not smart for an international airport.

Easy to use service especially for coming back in the middle of the night with children. I was disappointed that whoever drived my car decided to change all the settings on my car entertainment system. The temperature and settings of the heating system was set to Lo and also closed all the heating vents. In addition, they changed the settings on Sat Nav so had to reinstate sound whilst driving. This was clearly done for fun and not very good considering I did not know how to get out of the airport.
