“I booked parking in the mid-stay refundable car park. Unfortunately, just an hour before I was due to arrive at the airport I received a message to say that my flight had been cancelled and I was therefore forced to cancel my trip. The website for Edinburgh Airport Parking doesn't appear to cover this eventuality. I have emailed requesting a refund as the parking was not used (through no fault of my own) but have yet to receive a reply.”

“Always appreciate the convenience of the fast park - but frustrated every time on return, when the exit proceeds never lets me out without a labourius conversation at the barrier to prove that I’m entitled to exit having already paid - this is the 4 th time this has happened and is always frustrating end to a holiday - please do something!”
“Always a great service and so near to the airport entrance. Easy to drive in, park up and drop keys off. Coming back, a gentleman was there to make sure you got your keys without any problems.
Not sure if I got out the wrong exit as it was dark, through into the early hours, so tired and I got stuck at one of the exit barriers as it asked me to insert a ticket. Pressed intercom for help, explained where I had came from and he opened the barrier for me.”
