The only small point is my car was clean when I arrived but when I picked it up it was covered in dust. Must be where the store them.”

“In theory, it was a great efficient process. However, we had arrived home in the dark and clearly hadn’t seen the pink signage barriers for fast park and was searching for our vehicle in the car park right beside it. So, probably our fault for not looking properly…but still…it was frustrating for us arriving back in the middle of the night with 3 small children in tow. Asked staff for help and they were able to explain about it being within the pink barriers. These weren’t so noticeable in the dark.”
“Parking was easy to find and well signposted, with helpful indicators showing available spaces on each floor. The walkway to Fast Track was excellent. However, upon exiting, the barrier mistakenly displayed a charge of around £3,700. When I pressed the help button, the response I received wasn’t particularly helpful, which unfortunately affected my overall impression. Additionally, after leaving arrivals, signage for the multistorey car park seemed to disappear, making the pedestrian route unclear.”
“For the business traveller, the multi-storey is the perfect choice as it is close by and always has spaces. The fast track security access is a bonus, although it can often caus an unnecessary mess when you feed into the main fast track queue.”
“Very easy and convenient. As soon we arrived at the parking,parked our car the bus was waiting and within 10 minutes we were at airport . As we came out from Airport arrival only waited 5 minutes and the bus arrived. Very smooth and comfortable.”
