“Mid-term parking was easy to find as directions came with confirmation email. Good price at about £40 for 2 days. Good size of bay. Easy entry and exit with prepay (although the parking ticket was unnecessary and not needed for exit). Very close to Departures end of building. Would highly recommend (although a fellow traveller told me she uses short term because you get complementary fast track , so will check that out next time).”
“Instructions about how to find it was easy to follow, good marking at the airtport. There were very helpful and friendly staff around to assist for me as a first timer navigate through the parking lanes and sticker for the key. They also advise what to do on return when picking up the car and everything went smoothly exactly as advised.
Certainly will use again, if the price is right.”
“The first barrier did not work on entry (no ticket produced). Happily, there was no one behind, so I was able to reverse and go to the next barrier, which worked perfectly. Strange not to be dropped by the bus at the terrminal entrance. No problem exiting.”
“Used this parking a few times now and it very convenient. Park car, drop off keys and collect ticket then cross road and you are in the terminal building. Car is then driven to a nearby car park and returned on day of arrival. Simple”
“The drop-off process was straightforward. A member of staff was on hand to assist. Within two minutes of arriving, we were on our way to the terminal. 'Fast Park' is a very apt title.
Picking up the keys and learning of our parking slot on our return, was also simple. Getting access to our vehicle however was not so simple. The parking spaces are very tight and our car was backed up close to a barrier which meant we couldn't open the rear door to load luggage. We had to move the car into the roadway in order to load our luggage, potentially blocking other traffic.”
“It's a good parking location, if you are very tight for time. My ask is that on the info you provide a quick overview for clients explaining which road signs to follow on approach to the airport, what the process is on arrival (take ticket at barrier) and departure (don't need to use ticket if prepaid) as it was all a bit confusing and I was in a hurry.”

“Only reason you lost a star was when leaving the airport the sign directs you left to the parking whereas really you need to go right to fastpark. Also i marked as 1 star due to the issue getting back from the terminal, maybe a sign directing to fastpark would be handy.”
