“Managed to find a space this time. Barrier let us out as well even though we were hours late picking the car up having been diverted to Glasgow and had to wait hours trying to get a taxi back to Edinburgh.”

“Great service, fast and with kind and helpful staff on site. The only negative point is that it's a bit complicated to find the exit, maybe it could be better to underline that you have to go through barriers that will open as people are always scared of arriving at a bar without a ticket.”

“Having prepaid for parking, on our return a week later we were surprised to find that the prepaid ticket was invalid and the gate was trying to charge £180. The intercom on the barrier did not work which meant the difficulties of having to reverse back through a queue and try the next barrier.
It appears that several others were having the same issue and when it came to my turn to explain the difficulties, despite several others obviously having had the same difficulty, the attendant did not appreciate that there may be a fault in the system.

“Fast park is my favourite thing about Edinburgh airport. It’s so easy to arrange, a great price and you can’t get closer to checkin (my least favourite part). Even better than ease of arriving is the ease and swiftness of getting back to the car after a long haul flight.”
