“Pre-booked online and parked in multi-storey for an extreme day trip to Rome. Easy access, straight through fast track security, so basically from car to duty free took about 3 mins. Super easy on the way back. From passport control to car and on the road again within 3 mins. Ideal to use for 1 day trips.”

Lift ws broken when trying to get to the ground floor.
I was very suprised to to get to boom gate and not be automatically allowed out. Instead be told that i need to pay £200, it was resolved after i called the intercom. If I had had multiple cars behind me and in a rush i can magine myself and others paying then dealing with it after.
This was a very poor fault.”
