“Used the main Terminal car park. There was no problem finding a space but finding a trolley is a pain in the rear. The signage tp the terminal is not good it's follow your nose and really poor on the way back.”
“On arrival the process was very straightforward everyone we met was very polite and helpfull. On return there was a lack of staff for information on what the process was for picking up the car, when we did find our car it was totally frosted over and the car seat adjustments had not been returned to their origional position. The exit was not clearly marked and trying to get through the barrier at the end was confusing as you use a qr code to enter but a ticket systenm to exit. We will probibly use the multi storry car park in future to avoid the issues highlighted.”

“No need to pay more, arriving late after snow shut the A68 I managed to get from the long stay car park to the gate in 17 minutes. Not bad for a 57 year old!”
“Car park is easy enough to find, easy enough to enter and exit, we arrived waited around 5 mins got the bus to the entrance and on way back there was a taxi waiting for our arrival to take us back to the car park taxi was shared with other people but that wasn’t a problem as we would have had to share the bus as well so all was good car was safe and fine for the full stay”
“I have used the terminal parking several times now and its easy to navigate, plenty of parking available with some wider spaces if you are lucky to get an end one. Only 2 minutes walk into the terminal so makes for an easy start to the airport experience.”
“Clean and organised multistorey carparking when inside. I was a bit confused finding the right entrance - it was dark and early in the morning. I had to speak to a car park attendant for help.”
