“I have booked u with you many a time but unfortunately I made a genuine mistake of in putting my arrival at 16.00 hours instead of 06.00 hours in which I was charged £25 extra for 10 hours mistake I made hopefully you can refund this which was a genuine error and feel the cost is extremely high I. “Absolutely excellent! First tim we have used Fast Park and it was fantastic from start to finish. Parked within 2 mins and a short walk to the terminal. On the way back scanned our ticket, got our keys and car was literally 190 yards away. Will use this service again and would highly recommend to everyone. 10/10”
“Overall OK. Had a glitch at car parking entry where the machine claimed I was in the wrong car park. Contacted assistance who double checked (I wasn't), but it was somewhat concerning - as the effect of being in the "wrong" car park is financially crippling at exit. Looking at reviews, this isn't a totally unknown situation.”
“It is definitely a lot more convenient to use Mid Stay Parking, compared with Long Stay Parking. Even so, the pedestrian route to the terminal is quite poorly maintained, and there was flooding in several parts of it on my recent visit.”
“I was booking for the the day before my journey, staying overnight at airport hotel, and got my dates wrong,so had to cancel and rebook. The cancellation was refunded almost immediately, very slick. Car park was as advertised, 2 minutes walk away from the airport.”
