“not good at all, what is this taxi stuff and where is your bus company? why is there no one to talk to on the phone? I called while waiting for the taxi, no one knew what was going on so i just needed to hope someone would show up to take me to the airport
not to mention, for the 10000th time your automatic number plate cameras did not work so i needed to call for help upon exiting.
why is your service getting more expensive and worse?”
“No problems at all, shuttle to the airport ran like clock work we had a 5 hour delay home, they had a minibus waiting on us to collect the car.
Would use again.”
“Easy booking, online checkin and fast return collection system. Reasonable VFM in context of proximity to airport. Helpful staff on site to guide you through the processes if required.”

One thing I think would make it even better if there were signs to show where the bus stops are located. It was dark and raining when we left and we were not able to see the bus stop until a bus pulled in and stopped.”
“Parking in multi storey very good although can be busy at times and may have difficulty finding spaces especially on the lower levels. I booked well in advance at a reasonable cost however when trying to book for about same time next year the price had more than DOUBLED from just over £90 to over £200 making it no longer financial viable for my use, so back to Taxis.
I did notice on my return that there where more spaces than normal in ALL levels so did wonder if the price increase is affecting the usage!!!”
“Good service, parking pretty near airport terminal, I was in the Long Stay Car Park, which I always think would benefit from a bus shuttle service. The signage is good and easy to navigate to the car park and then to the Terminal itself. The walk is hampered with large puddles at certain points, on both the roads and paths, when there is heavy rain, as it was when we returned. Whoever laid the tarmac, should have done a better job I think. Good competitive price, making it an easy choice. Will use again.”
