“I booked parking with Edinburgh Airport Parking. Unfortunately my wife had an accident with my car the day before we were due to park. I tried to contact you but, unfortunately, the online chat service was not waorking. I did email that day to inform you that we would not be able to use the car park as our car could not be driven. I requested a refund. To date, 5 days later, I have not had any response. I have no idea if you will refund or not. Maybe this message may get a response.”
“We ended up walking from the plane parking to the terminal building as we waited that long for the shuttle bus and there was quite a wait when we came home to collect the car.”
“Parked in mid stay which we didn’t find easy to get to with all the cones etc our fur the RHS. Found space to park ok but on the way out when I put my ticket in ( prepaid) it demanded £100. Had to speak to someone on the intercom who kindly let me out once I’d given him my car reg .”
“The entry barrier didnt seem to function on arrival .
Also I tride to call prior to arriving to clarify a querry ---no response/answer --question not on FAQs !”
“At entry there was no ticket given, this caused issues at exit. Very unpleasant. The car park is very far away from terminal. When I was leaving there was a massive queue of cars at 10 am. The road layout is rubbish and should be faster to get out.”
“We paid to park up to 6pm on the day of arrival home we arrived back and tried to get out around 3pm and the machine would not accept our ticket and we had to pay £7 to get out . I Expect to get this money back.I also did not expect your staff to take down my snp badge and put it on the floor. The this is fixed it cannot fall of.If they do not like my choice it's their problem. They also mucked about with different settings on my dash and steering this is not what I expected when using your service.”
“The whole entry to exit went as planned, seamless!
My annoyance is the on my last 2 visits my car doors have been scratched. The parking places are so narrow it's virtually impossible to get in and out of a car without brushing passed the cars next to you.
In one case it looks like it was hit by a car door, on the other it was someone walking passed the car and scratched it with a back pack or bag.
I would happily pay more to have access to spaces that are wider for larger cars.”
