Overall good sevice, however I wasn't happy with the driver when we arrived to go to airport. I was walking with my 77 year old Mum towards the bus stop as the bus arrived at the stop, therefore he would have seen us. We were walking up the side of the bus when he had let someone off but then drove off before we could physically get on it. Bearing in mind I had 1 suitcase and 2 backpacks as my Mum couldn't carry anything. We walked to try and catch the bus other side but didn't make the stop. He did stop at us, but only to tell us he couldn't let us on. I didn't appreciate the way he dismissed us. Perhaps if he'd used some common sense and used his mirrors before leaving a stop we wouldn't have been in that position. It was not a good start to the holiday.

Multi Storey parking is handy but very busy. Disabled spaces on all floors fully taken on arrival so ended up on floor 4 of 5. Fortunately lifts were good, however would appreciate additional disabled (wider) spaces made available.

Midstay car park is fine - easy to find, close to terminal, plenty of parking spots. Not fine are the repeated payment issues - I always prebook and prepay, often months in advance - but upon exiting the car park I then get another charge showing up on the display. This time £180 for 4 days parking which I had paid for in July. It was sorted without the need for further payment but it is annoying as it's not the first time this has happened.

All went very smooth. Clear instructions and worker quickly. However when I went to pick up my car it was in A47 location. It was quite a distance with all the lugages and sleepy 3 year old at 2am. Especially that there were lots of empty spacer closer. You could improve on that.

I had to pay an extra £7 when exiting the car park. My flight was 30 mins late but we were held on the plane for 30 mins as no buses available, plus time wasted with inefficient passport control, machines not working and staff sitting in booths not helping out.

Plenty good parking options near to airport. Think it's a bit expensive. Always find signs to long/medium stay come upon you only when already on roundabout. Could be clearer on road leading to roundabout.

Parking experience was satisfactory. The total cost was very expensive.

Nice and close, but the parking spaces are small and we came back from our trip to find a long scratch all along the side of the car.

Having not used the parking before I found the signage to the parking area and within difficult to follow, particyularly in the dark. the ANPR camera did not recongnise my vehicle. However, staff onsite were helpful and got me sorted.

Finding the car park was easy, spaces are a bit tight, on exiting I was told I had £140 over stay payment to make, I was only in Friday evening till Monday morning, queried it at the exit, the guy said take out your ticket, the barrier will open, no explanation, no apology. Getting out of the car park was a bit of a hassle, to many roads going into one.

Ridiculously expensive! £200 for a week to leave your car is utterly mental. With thousands of spaces at the airport, parking must bring in millions of pounds every few weeks. Simply no need to be that flipping greedy.

Signage and exit route feels a bit like a low rent maze experience. Arrival seems more complicated than necessary. Glasgow is much simpler. Drive up. Hand over keys. Leave.

We used Fastpark, which was quick and easy dropping the car off. Staff on hand to keep me right when parking up close to the terminal. Not so straightforward coming back. People were scanning tickets and taking their keys from individual boxes but I scanned my ticket which said to go to the office. Luckily even at midnight there was a member of staff on hand as the office isn't clearly signposted, tucked away behind a set of doors. I was told there were no bays for my car so it had been parked further away. We waited while another member of staff went to bring our car round to us. Probably quicker than wandering around a car park trying to find where I'd left it, but not the quick and easy experience I was sold.

Unfortunately when we turned up to leave we were presented with a £175 charge on the screen despite having prepaid. The operator did check for us and the barrier opened thankfully .There was no explanation given as to why there was an issue and I am stressed and constantly checking incase a charge now appears on my card.

Sat Nav route was wrong and took us to the back of the airport, which added a good 30mins on to our travel time. Straight ahead at the barrier is a parking area but it is a dead end so you have to reverse out. Not designed very well. Otherwise it was good value for money.

You go trough a car scanner when you go in to check any faults on the car but when u leave you don’t go trough it 🧐 so what if I got a scratch or dent from when my car was parked . And someone who drove my car played with my sound system and changed all channels

The parking was superb and would recommend. Would note the price has doubled from two years ago. In fact it went up by 50% from this booking in August to my next one only a month later at the end of September. Decided not fly fro Edinburgh next August on this basis

Convenient and easy however big scratch on rear wheel arch which wasn’t there before and unfortunately we didn’t notice until we got home.

Initially I thought it was an excellent service, friendly and helpul staff but on getting my car home I discovered paint damage (chip) on the rear drivers side door as well as a small scratch in the same area. The car is only weeks old and hasnt been left in any other car park to this point.

Once in the multi-story it was fine, however on the road signage was really poor, confusing as to where the multi-story parking entrance was and badly illuminated. Must be awful for those there for first time. Also while walking back to the car after our holiday, the multi-story was signed to walk left, the main entrance was to the right.
