“Parking was easy to find and well signposted, with helpful indicators showing available spaces on each floor. The walkway to Fast Track was excellent. However, upon exiting, the barrier mistakenly displayed a charge of around £3,700. When I pressed the help button, the response I received wasn’t particularly helpful, which unfortunately affected my overall impression. Additionally, after leaving arrivals, signage for the multistorey car park seemed to disappear, making the pedestrian route unclear.”
“The drop-off process was straightforward. A member of staff was on hand to assist. Within two minutes of arriving, we were on our way to the terminal. 'Fast Park' is a very apt title.
Picking up the keys and learning of our parking slot on our return, was also simple. Getting access to our vehicle however was not so simple. The parking spaces are very tight and our car was backed up close to a barrier which meant we couldn't open the rear door to load luggage. We had to move the car into the roadway in order to load our luggage, potentially blocking other traffic.”
“For the third time now the entry camera failed to recognise my number plate. Although I had prebooked the multi-storey I had to contact the parking staff to ensure I could exit without causing a delay / tailback at the barrier when I returned from our trip. I suspect the camera is not the best quality and is blinded by my headlights?”
“Convenient but very expensive. I was there 2hrs. My number plate was also not recognised and caused a problem trying to exit when they wanted me to pay again.”
“Too many cars parked everywhere including on double yellows and unmarked bays, colapsed disused payment sheds, and closed lanes with no marking to indicate that. But rejoice, they have ANPR!”
“Booked an electric charge space.
On arrival NO electric charge spaces, which had non electric vehicles parked in them.
Not a reliable service if you are dependent on charging your vehicle.”
“Parking was easy and I was able to extend my stay online when my flight was cancelled. Unfortunately I was still charged an additional fee on exit and I have not been able to reclaim this as yet (request submitted 5 days ago).”
“Very disappointing return experience to long stay. I was physically unable to drive and with assistance from airport staff called to assist, eventually was taken to a public transport option. Procured an emergency prescription and recovered my vehicle this morning, at an additional £55 charge.”
“Parking on outward journey was perfectly OK - it was the problem on the return.
The transfer bus arrived promptly however when I went to get my car it was blocked in. I had been awake for over 18 hours at this point and the delay in getting on my way home was the low point of my trip. Too many cars booked in and not enough parking slots.”
“Always appreciate the convenience of the fast park - but frustrated every time on return, when the exit proceeds never lets me out without a labourius conversation at the barrier to prove that I’m entitled to exit having already paid - this is the 4 th time this has happened and is always frustrating end to a holiday - please do something!”
“My flight was cancelled on Monday and rescheduled for Tuesday. There are no options to speak to anyone to find out how to change the booking and nothing in manage my booking. I emailed and got a response saying they would get back to me in about 8 working days. Completely unacceptable”
“The parking arrangements were excellent. However, at ground floor of the multi storey car park is in serious need of a deep clean using pressure wash.”
“Was quite stressful parking, I got in the wrong bit, and charged £6. Managed to park eventually, then on return more stress as the machine wouldn’t read my card. Got sorted, and much cheaper than just regular parking.
I’m putting the experience down to being dark. I would use again, maybe the fast park though.”
“Location of parking is great however when I was leaving the car park I was told to pay £180 for 3 days parking although I had an existing booking

“Plane late so was charged an extra day. No doubt in the small print somewhere. Not my fault and car was still collected on same day ! Also wanted £7 on leaving car park ? Don’t think so !”
“Easy to book, very convenient. Within 2 mins walking to terminal. Biggest problem was on return. I had problems on my trip and had to travel back a day later, wasn’t allowed to extend my booking online and was hit with £140 excess for exiting 30 hours late (having paid £69.99 for 4 days originally). Penalty was outrageous & quite disgraceful.”
