“We park at this car park always as my husband can’t walk far but when we came out the airport we had to walk to far as they were road works which was t good for my husband and it defeated us parking close and paying double for the parking, very unhappy about this.”

“I booked Plane Parking online the night before my flight. Well signposted and there was a shuttle bus waiting to take me to the airport, same on return. Only negative was on leave the exit machine said I owed £160. I'd paid £59.99 online. After pressing the intercom, the operator took my registration and had me on my way in 5 minutes. I've marked down the appearance of the car park but I actually mean the state of the road from the last roundabout to the car park. It was riddled with massive potholes.”

“Easy to find, plenty of spaces to choose from, my comment on spaces is they are tight, especially for larger cars, I would suggest a park nose in method to you don’t need to squeeze past cars with luggage.”

“The parking was further than I expected from the airport and when I looked back at my booking which had been made several months in advance I didn't instantly recognise that 'Plane Parking' was the actual name of a specific car park. This meant that I didn't know where i was looking for at the time of parking. full marks to the bus drivers who were very obliging.”

“All great apart from two things. Firstly, the tag to be attached to your car key is a faff. I’m glad an attendant was there. Secondly, on returning to pick up the car at the lettered area, the signs aren’t double sided, so wandered around for ages. Again, an attendant assisted.”

“Mid Stay parking is so convenient and well priced, however several times I have used it now the ANPR is not recognising my booking, resulting in me have to call to get the barrier released.”

“The car park is close to the terminal but at £29.99 for less than a day it’s a bit pricey. If I’m honest the entrance to the car park could be slightly better signposted as well.”

“When exiting the Carpark, the screen stated we needed to pay before exiting. We had to speak to someone through the intercom.”

“I would use this parking again, though putting the ticket in and being told I owed £240 was unsettling. Thankfully it was sorted but the ticket did not have correct car registration. The assistance given by intercom was quick and helpful”

“I always pay for parking at the multi-storey when travelling from Edinburgh. I love how close it is to the airport. One problem though, every single time,without fail, there is an issue when exiting the car park as it always states that we owe £355 so have to contact security. It won’t stop me from booking again but it is very frustrating!”
