“Long stay car park at Edinburgh airport is great value if pre-booked and conveniently located near to the terminal building. There does seem to be a problem with the ticket machines at the exit which fail to recognise a pre-booked ticket and tries to charge the full unbooked cost. This has happened to me twice and should be investigated.”

“The first time we've used Edinburgh airport but it all went very smoothly. Parked up and the transfer bus came within 5 minutes and dropped us at terminal. On return the bus stop is very well sign posted and again bus came after a couple of minutes. The only hitch was ANPR didn't work and after inserting ticket it wanted to charge £170 but pressing the call button quickly resolved this.”

“Parking fine. Space found fairly quickly. However ANPR not working as left. Rather shocked to be told owed a massive amount. The staff answering the buzzer were excellent and soon sorted this out.”

“The process was easy. Assistance as we arrived and parked up. Also assistance at Reception. Was not great signage from arrivals to carpark and the signage for exiting out of the carpark was not sufficient, was a bit confusing for someone who's never used it before.”

“All went smoothly. Found a space without much trouble. Signage could be a little better, at the entry it looks as if it's coach parking only, should mention car parking too”

“Parking was OK but first space available was on 4th floor. Lack of luggage trolleys was a major problem particularly so because one passenger uses a mobility scooter. Trolleys should be readily available on all floors.”

“Very easy functional parking solution, the fast park offers flyers a hassle free drop off service. Upon return a quick scan at the kiosk and we have our keys for a short walk back to our car.”

“A wee bit vague signage for where to go and where to park. Waited a bit on return for bus to take us to car park. Generally, reasonable service and slightly inflated prices for what is essentially parking in a field for 1.5 days. No human interaction other than on the bus (drivers were lovely). Seems like a great money making opportunity for those that have bought or rented the car park land. Other than that, not much else to say. Well done to the entrepreneurs, but maybe a wee bit dear for for parking up. Just saying. 😊”

“Easy access and parking in the terminal and direct fast pass entrance makes a short journey of security. It would be great if you have the same access back to the multi storey for return journeys”

“Parked at Plane parking for the first time as the price of the multi storey was high. it was no problem getting the bus round to the terminal and back again, only downside is we returned to a small scratch on the car door with paint from another vehicle.”

“Short walk to terminal building. Prefer this option to waiting for a shuttle bus. Can get very busy. Drove around for 5-10 minutes looking for somewhere to park and there were cars parked outside marked parking bays suggesting that they failed to find a space. At least twice, I have had issues at exit barrier where machine indicated that I had an outstanding balance to pay when I’d prebooked (£170 this time!) but pressed intercom and spoke to staff who found booking and opened barrier remotely. Will continue to use this option despite minor frustrations!”

“I think the parking is very good my only issue is that it is really quite expensive. Even if the base price wasn’t to change then maybe even a loyalty discount would be a good addition. I say that as a frequent user of the parking.”
