“Easy to find, lots of spaces available and the best part is you’re a 2 minute walk from the terminal - great when you just want to check in quickly or go home. No waiting about!”
“Car was damaged during the stay. Minimal however still damaged and the person who caused it would have known. On exit i was informed them i had an outstanding bill of a few hundred pounds for a 3 day stay and had to argue with an obnoxious guy on the intercom before i got out.”
“Fast Park is a great and convenient facility to drop off and pick up when you are pressed for time and want to get to the next thing. May car is always safe and convenient to pickup on arrival back. It isn’t cheap and after I got charged extra due to the airline delay, I will be more conscious about the small print in future. £32 on top of the £80 already paid in advance. Airline refused to cover so you have to eat it. Not good.”
“So easy! Followed the instruction on the email in and out of the car park in no time. Plenty of spaces available. We have two young kids so made a huge difference to not have them hanging about. No stress working out shuttle buses or a taxi.”
“Great location, good value and amazingly friendly and helpful staff on hand. Easy to get in and out. The only thing that was a bit negative, and this is a small thing but could have been avoided, was to find my car key being stuck in its casing (would not automatically come out when pressing the release button which had no problem when I parked it) and some of the car functions being changed from the postiion they were at the time of parking - like the headlights being switched off, the heating button turned on full heat with all three air flow functions being switched on and a greasy fingerptint on the red triangel signal button. I do not understand why all this was necessary to do if the car was only used to move it to a parking bay. It got me a bit unsettled wondering if it was used for a further drive out of the airport.”
“Always easy and seamless. Only thing was this time tried to put my ticket thru on leaving , and it wouldn’t go in the machine. But the gate / barrier arm opened anyway.
Was hoping number plate recognition meant i would t be charged extra. All seemed to be fine .”
“I booked parking for a whole night and until 9pm the following night, but was delayed to exit from the parking by half an hour and was charged 69 GBP upon exit.”
