“I made a mistake on my parking reservation, which meant I over ran my parking by 24hrs.
This cost me £48 extra which I felt was too expensive, next time I will take the bus to save money.”
“First you have to find the multi story - I have no idea why the airport doesn't use overhead signage - but why should it be easy.
The multi Story is a good car park , very close to check-in / bag drop etc and the premium is worth it in the rain - I would use it again .”

“Hi I didnt have a good service at airport parking as when arrived home to pick up my car keys they were not there went and got attended who was very helpful and told me I put wrong arrive time so I had to pay extra £25. over and above the £125. I already payed to park for 6 days very expesive. Then when I went to barrier to get out they wanted to charge me another £7. which I refused to pay all in all not a good experiance when you have had a long flight and just want to get home.”

“First time I used Fast Park and all my initial worries about the process working were quickly dismissed. From entering the carpark and being directed to our parking spot it was so quick and easy. Everything went exactly as described. On our return it was equally quick and easy. From landing to exiting the car park took just under 1 hour. Happy days. Would definitely use again, being able to park the car and be in the airport within a few minutes was very pleasing. Price was compatible with most of the other carparks that were further away and used a shuttle bus system.”
“Dropping the car off was at fastpark was easy enough. However the advertised 1 minute walk to terminal is a dubious claim. Return pick up could also have been better - firstly how difficult is it to mark a clear walking route too fastpark? Could be better. And when I scanned my ticket to open the collection box, it managed to close itself before I got to it. Had the faff of finding an attendant to get it opened.
Driving out the car park, the instructions didn't match what needed to be done. It stays to drive up to barrier and it will automatically rise. But for the fastpark exit you need to take a ticket, the barrier rises automatically at the next exit. I might have missed it but I didn't receive it or see that noted.”
