“Fast park is the way to park at Edinburgh airport. Very easy to just drop off you car/keys then check in. Coming back bar code to get keys pick car and drive out.”
“3 stars only…..as we were travelling early morning it was still dark and being the first time users of plane parking we were unsure of where the pick up points were with the parking area…..
We couldn’t see any signage indicating the bus pick up points…..
So we walked to the barrier entrance thinking the bus has got to exit there….
Luckily a bus was exiting the driver did stop however he did say he was not supposed to pick up as we were not at a pick up point however he did allow us on, thank you….
He did say there were not enough pick up points signage would be good with better lighting…..
Other than that the service is very efficient……”
“Very easy to find thanks to concise instruction on booking confirmation, shuttle bus nice and regular to keep the wait down to a minimum, drop off point couldn't be any closer to the departure gate, no complaints at all.”

“I've used Fastpark before and always found the service to be excellent. This time was no different. Car dropped off at airport, keys booked on. Only a couple of minutes walks to the airport . On return scanned QR code, picked up key and car was ready in the stated position.”
“Booked the mid-stay on the understanding that this was the one for campers and taller vehicles.
Arriving at 11:30 pm found it actually has a 2m barrier, which wasn't clear when booking. sadly when there, no way to contact anyone and no way to transfer the booking to another option - so had to make a totally new booking, and spend another £90.”
“Booking etc very easy, communications good, car park itself good. Only issue I had was finding the actual entrance, as I had to drive through another car park to reach the multi-story entrance, as could not locate any signage, especially at night.”
“It has been quite a confusing experience. Would like to give 5* but can't. The booking system was confusing. I first booked 8 nights but then my flight was changed to later arrival. For whatever reason at that time I could not extend it and didn't want to cancel the booking so I added a night. After that, our car broke down so we had to change the car reg.number. Which I thought was easy, but my second booking failed to save the car reg.number change, which I only realised upon taking the car out and we ended up paying £60 penalty. I hope I'll get a refund but I've not heard anything back yet.”
