“Great parking experience. Low cost and low effort! I have used the multi story but would use this service again. The bus was highly frequent. Bus stops could be better signed however. Serval people struggled to identify them.”

This time it was a bit more pricey (which I knew in advance) but on collection of my car, the stated location for pick up was incorrect and also my car had a significant scratch on it which was not there when I dropped it off.”

Safe, easy to locate and easy to find car on return. Only issue we had was as we were leaving, they asked us to pay £220 as if we hadn’t already paid. Just spoke with the gentleman via the intercom to get this sorted :)”
“Was really easy to book, found the car park really easily using the Google maps link. When parked up there was a bus really quickly that took us to the terminal so we were out really quickly. We stayed at a hotel nearby when we arrived back but there was no bus from there even though they drove past which meant I had to walk 20 mins to get back to the car. When departing getting the cases out was a bit tricky due to stones being over the path.”

I was charged £7 to get out of the car park for reason unknown to me. I left two hours before I had booked so why was I charged. There was no one on the barrier so I was forced to pay. Not happy.”
“Fast Park is an excellent and easy service to use. It's accessible 24/7 and directly across from terminal building. Literally 2 minute walk.
The fact that you can check your car in a couple of days before hand and get a reminder email is fabulous. The only point for action is when you are exiting on your return - because the gate/barrier services a couple of parking areas that require a ticket on exit and fast park is done on line and therefore ticketless there is always a delay on exit as you have to use the buzzer to speak to someone ...then the barrier is lifted. This is far from ideal and can cause considerable delay.”

“My original booking had to be changed due to a recall on the Car, so I was able to do a vehicle change online. As usual arrived at the barrier and headed to find a spot. Driver seen us and waited. Great service and friendly drivers.”
“Booked the multi storey car park after confirming our pick up would fit in. We looked at using one of the other car parks but as we travelled in February didn’t fancy the prospect of having to clear snow from the vehicle when we returned on a late flight. Would definitely use again. It was so easy to get from there to luggage drop and fast track security was a bonus. Found it stress free when returning on a late night flight.”
