Extortionate parking prices! I had driven from Aberdeen to collect family from their flight, so was a few hours early. I turned up saw the pricing, reversed out and drove away. Headed over to Gyre Shopping Centre (which folks are completely free for 4 hours) to kill some time before heading back. If you want to pay for a new plane, head over to Edinburgh car park early to be screwed over......otherwise pre-book in advance! £17.99 for 3 hours pre-booked or over £50 when you turn up. Once at arrivals, be prepared to stand as there was nowhere to sit. Limited shops include M&S, Starbucks, Costa and luggage stores. Ladies toilets were also out of use.

I’m sorry to hear that you did not find the seating in the International Arrivals area to be sufficient. In order to maximise the use of space, some of our seating has been re-distributed throughout the terminal. However, we will always provide seating for those who find it uncomfortable to stand for an extended period. It's disappointing to hear you found our landside retailers to be insufficient, we continuously work to collaborate with various brands and we hope to see the number of retailers that operate landside grow in the near future. I used the Mid-Stay car park for a 7-night holiday. Whilst the Mid-Stay car park is conveniently located within walking distance of the terminal building, that's the only thing in its favour. The surface of the car park itself is in very poor condition with potholes, uneven surfaces and temporary bollards all over the place. The parking spaces are very narrow and the road markings are poor. There are also high-kerbed "islands" in odd places which are hard to see in the dark/rain and which can easily damage your car if you're unfortunate enough to drive into one. In addition, my flight back was delayed and I had to pay an exorbitant surcharge of £9 for the extra 5 hours my car was left there (compared to £40 for the first 8 days). I won't be using this car park again.

Easy to book but for the amount of people that use the place no clear signage on how to get to the terminal is such a big parking area. No instructions on what to do once there the barrier never opened after I got my pre booked ticket out of the machine. Had to press again got a 2nd ticket. Hopefully I don't get a demand through the door.

Getting to car park was no issue, once parked up and getting to the airport is when the fun begins. Was dark and no clear sign what direction to go in so just follow the bright blinding light. No clear path. if any at parts. Speed bumps you cant get the trolly over. Gates so small you struggle to get trolly with bags on it past. This place should have a walkway, smooth so you can actually push the trolly to the airport without dodging cars or finding a way without speed bumps the trolly can't get over. Joke of a car park

Absolutely fuming at being charged £25.00 for arriving 2hours late due to delayed flight!! And then too compound that ridiculous piece of robbery I then was charged £4 to exit car park despite ticket from fast park and not a sole to querie the failure of this ticket. Edinburgh airport should be ashamed that a 72 year old disabled blue badge holder was treated this way

My return flight from Funchal was a day late as the airport had been fogbound all day on 13th February. I was aware that there would be additional expense and searched for an information/help desk in the concourse but there was none. There was no-one from whom to seek advice. I was unaware of a car parking office at the base of the multi-storey car park as there were no signs indicating its existence. As I had a 4 hour car journey ahead I drove to the exit barrier, inserted my ticket for pre-paid parking and was shocked to be presented with a £60 excess fee. I expected a reasonable surcharge but not this. Next day I contacted customer service to consider a partial refund but they were unsympathetic and not really interested at all. Really …. a very disappointing experience.

The team were unable to refund the £60 you were charged on exit because you made use of the car park without extending your booking and you have been charged for the extra time at non-pre-booked rates. Came back to a spring & suspension broke in my Car that apparently happened just moving it from one parking bay to another .. absolutely no apology whatsoever. Parking attendant met me with your car isn’t ready I did send you An email regarding this, again no apology just handed the snapped part in a clear folder. Wouldn’t use again

Car park was closed with no instruction where to park. I did not receive a confirmation email. Very stressful as we were already running late. Car park was too full and some had to double park. Will consider public transport next time or parking in a different airport car park. On return we couldn’t exit the car park and needed assistance. Not impressed at all. EDIT: I received a response to my initial review which essentially shifted the blame onto me. Customer service is severely lacking and I will not use their service again. Shocked.

On arrival there were no spaces available so had to abandon car behind parked cars. No help available, there should be someone guiding and the fact that it is booked in advanced there should be space for everyone.

There were no spaces free, so I had to eventually abandon my car at the side of the road in the car park in fear of missing my flight. Very poor.

On arrival, we came to a point where we couldnt tell which was the correct car park to be in. Having to make a decision it turned out the wrong one, which costs us £155 when we returned to our car after our 3 night stay abroad. Allthough your web site gives basic direction there should proper clear sign posting as to which car park is the Tower car park. As we paid for the tower car park we would like to think that a full refund will be given to us

Took 30 mins to find a space, then it was a 10 minute walk past ge control tower to the entrance, waste of money. Worse than long term.

I sent a complaint my tyre was perfect when I parked my car. But when I came home I got my car not even pass them moxy hotel to find my tyre was burst who ever moved my car has burst my tyre I had to get a mobile tyre fitter to come n spend £210 on a tyre. Last thing I needed after a 7 hour flight I will never use fast track again and I will be expressing to everyone not to use it as well including my company who are frequent users of that service for work purposes to meet clients, who have also had problems in the past with it. I am no £210 down day before valentines and was left waiting for hours after my flight on the mobile fitter was a terrible experience.

Drive up to the barriers and the ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system will read your vehicle registration number and automatically issue you with a ticket. The ticket will show your vehicle registration number, and this will correspond to the booking details we have for you on our system. It does not work. I bought ticket online for three days. When arrived system could not recognise my number plates and I have been charged additional £95 pound. I spoken to guy and he says that cannot see my registration numbers. So be aware of that.
