Absolute shambles tonight owing to roadworks - no bus service to the long stay car park with no option but to walk - there were families with babies and toddlers as well as pensioners who were obviously having to struggle with the walk. No apology and a map provided as to how to detour back into Edinburgh which you could not possibly read in the dark

Having used your long stay car park twice now this year and on both occasions I’ve had big issues trying to exit through your barriers using the card provided on our arrival. January we had to wait 10 mins at your barriers after discussion with your staff through the intercom. Last night on attempting to exit again using the card issued on our arrival, I was confronted with your system claiming I was due to pay £179.00. Again after another 5-10 min debate via your intercom with your not so helpful staff before they opened the gate without even a hint of an opology.

One of the worst experiences ever.When we arrived we were told to go park anywhere.When we returned got in the car and tried to leve when we eventually found the exit in the dark and pouring rain I put my ticket in the machine it told me we had to pay £194.40 we had prepaid.Took more than 25 min could not find anyone to help when we got someone on the intercom he told us we had park in the wrong place should have parked and left keyside at office? Cost me £20 more to get out of that place.Total shambles compared to Glasgow.

Directions easy to follow. Bus between car park and airport readily available when leaving and on return. Overall very happy and would use the service again.

Paid £60 online for short term parking, followed supplied directions (outdated), ended up in the drop off zone, resulting in a £2 charge to exit and get to the car park. EDINBURGH AIRPORT PARKING AND DROP OFF CHARGES ARE A RIP OFF FOR MOTORISTS! YET ANOTHER STEALTH TAX!

Terrible booking process. End date automatically defaults to next month. No explaination and no way to change once Niven on to next page. You will lose your money if not noticed after 24 hours. On line chat help was no no help at all. It’s a con. Be very careful. Shame on Edinburgh Airport.

On returning back from our holiday, we had issues inserting the ticket at the exit gate and had to wait 10 mins on any assistance from car park staff.

Unfortunately i couldunt use this last parking reservation. My car was in garage and it wasn't available, not ready for drive to EDI airport on the day when the parking reservation starts. After my holiday it wasn't possible to refund parking charge because this has to be done 24 hours before.

You would think paying £65 it would be a dedicated parking space/area. Having paid the extra to use the bridge and then have to park on the 3rd floor is a disgrace. The signage suggested 6 spaces to use on floor 2 but I can assure you their was zero. Glasgow airport has a dedicated area than only fast track can park in. Will not be using edinburgh again in the future.

I was unable to pre book the long stay car park and was charged £75 for parking for overnight, this I find excessive overcharge for long stay

Although the car park is really handy for the airport I have to say that we found the experience of parking there extremely harrowing as there were NO spaces available anywhere despite there being what appeared to be a useable car park adjacent which was sectioned off. Eventually, with the clock ticking towards departure time, we followed someone who was leaving and nabbed his spot but not without some competition from fellow potential users. As we had booked and paid for parking this is, to my mind, unacceptable.

Not brilliant...no space due to building works and charged extra on leaving even though it pre booked and my flight delay was due to lack of airport bus not the airlines fault. Will look at other options going forwards.

Appalling service on our return home from holiday. Plane landed and we had to wait on the plane for 30mins for a bus to ferry us to the terminal. We had assistance booked for myself and daughter but there was no assistance available for us. Going through security was the only smooth part. Baggage reclaim was a nightmare. 3 flights of luggage unloading on one carousel while others stood empty, causing it to jam as there was too much luggage. Our flights luggage was the last one to go on the carousel after 2 flights that came in after us. Needless to say we will be looking to fly via another airport in future.

Edinburgh airport is poorly organised* and dirty. An airport is the first entry point to Scotland for many tourists and therefore should be showcase. This is certainly not the case with Edinburgh airport - it is embarrassing how poor it is. *Our flight was late by an hour and the reason given by the EasyJet pilot was the lack of staff and the layout of Edinburgh airport.

Every time I use this airport there is a problem be it sitting on tarmac once plane has landed as no where for it to dock in to or delays with luggage coming off plan or queues at customs and standing outside waiting to enter customs hall or to board plane but worst of all the traffic surrounding airport is very often at a standstill and backed up, worse on a Monday morning early when everyone is trying to get to early flights for London which often means walking from long stay car parking on perimeters as buses stuck in traffic. Also I have seen accidents on more than one occasion with the tram v bus or cars on the tram crossing which also delays and backs up traffic. Edinburgh Airport is one the worst airports I have come across on my travels and it is a shameful disgrace to the capital city of Scotland. I have officially complained on several occasions but all you get is excuses and platitudes and the suggestion is always the problem is a one off. It isn't so sort it out Edinburgh Airport.

I no longer try to prebook parking at Edinburgh Airport having recently prebooked parking at the multistorey and then nearly couldn't find a space. I will now use a taxi until, if ever, the Valet Parking is reinstated

Extremely disappointed to see that about 3/4 of the car park was closed off. I specifically booked this car park for its convenience so that I could park near the terminal, however due to not being informed about the ongoing works (although there didn't appear to be any taking place), I found is very difficult to find a space, resulting in me driving round for 30 minutes, eventually finding one away at the back of the car park. Very poor service not to be informed of this in advance, yet the extortionate prices still in place.
