“An absolute shambles. The entry process all went very smoothly however, when I exited the car park the barrier asked me to pay a fee of £14 despite me being well within my booking times.
After checking my booking to confirm that I hadn't made a mistake and overstayed I filled out the online form to raise the matter and ask for a refund.
We are now 10 days on from this and the matter is dragging on. I was asked to send a screenshot of the transaction on my card, which I did. Several days later I have now been asked to send another screenshot including the date, which I now have.
The booking details had my registration plate. The car park barrier clearly looked at my plate when I left and it decided to charge me £14 to leave - I didn't have any ticket to put in so it must have looked at something to decide this charge. So your systems must know that I paid the amount i'm saying.
Farcical.”
