“We used the plane parking site. Quick bus shuttle that was operating every 10mins or less on a new electric bus. It was clean and the driver(s) were pleasant.”
“My one major gripe is how narrow the bays are in both surface, next to multi-storey, and long stay. Often it's hard to find a space and when you do it can be hard to manoeuvre your car in there. The bays are narrow for big cars anyway but if your neighbour has parked on or over the white line you might not be able to get out.

“All good with parking experience, fast and smooth; except when I missed the car park entrance, it led me to the pickup zone without any other way to other direction. Made me paying GBP6 for 15 seconds wrong route. hard to see the indication especially in the dark early morning.”
“The entrance was easy to miss and had to ask the barrier attendant to waive the fee so I could go back around. Staff excellent and pickup very quick.”

“It was our first time using Fast Park and we chose it because we were travelling with an elderly parent. It was simple and easy to use - in part because the lovely staff helped us at every stage. Its location to the terminal was a bonus as our return flight arrived in during the early hours of the morning, so was a great time saver compared to our usual parking option which requires a bus journey.”
