“First time using FastPark a few weeks ago. Excellent. Very well organised.Had watched the video first on how it worked and it’s so easy when you arrive . Will definitely be my first choice of parking for the future.
Just a shame the arrivals procedure and passport control can’t get their act together ..now that is a shambles”
“I could not fault this service as was very smooth running from start to finish. There is also someone there to help if you are unsure how to use the machines. I was very pleased with the service and would definately use them again. A+++”
“good directions for parking & accessing Fasttrack security. Flight home was cancelled and arrived 24 hours after expected arrival. Contacted someone via intercom at gate and excess charge of £70 was reduced to £10”
“I used this service as I wanted to get in and out of the airport with minimal fuss. The entry and drop off is excellent and very seamless. When returning the car was in the designated space. getting to the car and existing the carpark was easy although signage was not as good as it could be.
But all in very happy with the service.”
“We have used this parking many times and its always been good. Unfortunately this time didn't go well.... We had prebooked as always . Entry was fine , exit was terrible and very stressful at 3.00 a.m! We pulled up to the barrier to exit , inserted the ticket and machine said '£385 to pay!'. I tried the ticket a few times with the same result. The intercom for help wasn't working in the lane i was in , so my partner got out of the car and used the one in the adjacent lane, meaning no other cars could exit as the 3rd lane was coned off . The man on the intercom asked all the relevant questions , but couldn't seem to find our information. He soon asked my partner to move so other cars could exit , which she couldn't as it was the only intercom that was working. I couldn't move the car either with the barrier in front, and a line of cars behind. He became more interested in us moving , than helping us sort the issue. My partner stood her ground saying 'the only way we can move is if you open the barrier as the car can't move and this is the only intercom that works.' He did thankfully open it, as the queue of cars was getting quite long. Turns out for some reason when i entered the car park , the machine had given me a ticket with the wrong reg number on it (not even close to my reg). I'm not sure of the reason for this but it caused us stress and a delay in the early hours of the morning and the shock of a potential £385 cost !”
“Parking area is massive & very occupied eventually found space which to be honest was tad tight think overlooking to try park near or close to one of the two bus stops suggestion to install couple more stops would help”
“First time I have used this service it was so easy to use and the staff on duty were very helpful l will definitely be using this service again in future trips. Definitely recommend.”
“Booked into mid stay car park. When i arrived at the car park barrier it would not go up pressed the intercom button would not work. Tried the exit intercom button would not work and a car drove up to the exit barrier and wound not go up. By this time there is car starting to build up on the entrance and exit and horns going. I backed out of the barrier to let another vehicle in to the entrance barrier, and it still did not go up. I then drove round to the long stay car park pressed the intercom to let them know about the fault, but they knew about the fault and told to use this car park that i was not booked into. When i returned to pick up my vehicle instead a short walk in the pouring rain i was wet through because of the distance i had to walk to my vehicle then when leaving it tried to charge me £140 at the barrier i then used the intercom and explained what i was told to use this car park instead of the mid stay carpark witch took i bit of time to check out. Only if there had been someone at the mid stay car entrance when i had arrived and been able to manually lift the berried after checking you are booked in.”
