Good service but why are all the settings changed. You leave your car in a bay, check in and get a ticket, and hand over the keys. When you return, use your ticket to collect the keys and find your car. It gets parked for you and brought back to a collection point for you when you get back. All this went fine. The biggest issue for me is that when I collected my car all the settings were different. Seat position was altered, seat heaters on full, hot air blasting at full. I don't know why anyone would have to do all that just to park the car. It honestly felt like someone was checking things out, or making themselves comfortable. I'm not saying it's been for a drive, but I would take note of mileages next time.

Thank you for your review. I understand the frustration caused by the changes made to your seat and mirror positions, especially when we know it can take some time to get the adjustments just right. Pre Booked on line, no problem, good price. plenty of parking spaces. On leaving put ticket into machine at the barrier and was asked to make a payment of over £250. Contacted control who sorted out the problem. This is not the first time that this has happened to me.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Thank you for the opportunity to review. Everything was fine- but it took us nearly an hour to find the mid stay car park due to inadequate signage….? It was dark, raining and late at night- we were tired and left very stressed. We had photographed our car park space - but we discovered after returning to the terminal that we were looking for the car in the wrong car park.More and clearer signage would be helpful.

Plane Parking booked well in advance is priced at an acceptable level. However, I have serious health and safety concerns about the use of buses with no proper provision for the storage of large suitcases. This forces passengers to leave cases in any space they can find - which would impede exit in an emergency. Other airports manage to use appropriate buses - why not Edinburgh? There should be zero tolerance of this sort of thing.

Plenty of spaces and an easy walk into the terminal. Even though I had paid in advance, ticket machine wanted me to pay and I needed to wait awhile for th assistance to get answered on the machine. Also something had obviously driven past the cars and splashed some kind of grey rubberised paint along the passenger side of the car. I got it off, but it took some effort and a deep polish.

Walkable to terminal. But entry/exit system didn't work so even though booked told me I needed to pay £280 so had to use intercom and get person to sort, that has happened multiple times. No trolley points as far as I could see. and even though I didn't need to use it the pay point was broken and people directed back to terminal if they needed to pay by cash.

No electric parking stations availalbe despite having booked this, with a number of cars in the spaces not charing, including private hire cabs

Had good experiences in the past, but the last visit wasn’t so great. Our car key wasn’t available to collect when we returned, so had to find staff to then look for the key, which was in a big box of keys. I am also a blue badge holder, and the car wasn’t parked in a disable bay on pick-up, which meant extra walking for me. Finally, when exiting the Fastpark I had to press for a ticket (something wrong with the machine?) and was then given a £6 fee to pay when driving out of the 2nd barrier. I had to call for assistance, as I’d already paid my Fastpark fee. The situation was fixed by staff, but it’s not the point, I shouldn’t have had any fee to pay.

Overall I'm happy with the long stay parking, but 2 things to improve on: 1. Signs to point you where to walk to the terminal (we ended up out on the road). 2. Signs to explain you need the take and use a ticket (Glasgow airport long stay works by ANPR and no ticket).

Unfortunately we were delayed by 1 hour on way home Ryan air, arrived in airport after 12 pm at the Furthest away gate possible to WALK .....to exit for entrance to our FAST PARK. Nothing open in airport No toilets till exit 20 minutes walk we are 84 no moving walk ways....nobody around to ask for help.. Then couldn't get out of car park for taxies picking up from event right next door to airport????? The que was all the way to the way to the Bypass (22nd August/24)

Directed into drop off zone using postcode in Sat nav. Cost £5 to get out so I could get to multi-storey 😡

Number plate recognition on arrival did not work so wasn't sure what to do (for others; there is a button on the bottom to call someone - they will check your reservation and if all OK tell you to take a ticket and call them again on departure - all sorted reasonably quickly but a bit frustrating/annoying). But I would very much like to praise the bus driver on the way back who held up the bus for the rest of my family (me having raced ahead) and was friendly and cheerful about it (it was already past 10PM and our flight had been 2 hours late so we weren't very happy and I didn't relish a further 1/2 hour delay). Even gave us a friendly wave as he passed us on his way out. So thanks for that - please train all your drivers to be this positive.

Our car parks are manned 24 hours per days and all of our entry/ exit barriers have intercom buttons where you can speak to the car parking team. Paid in advance but number plate recognition did not work so ticket not issued automatically. Had to wait several minutes for someone to respond to intercom. Once in managed to find a space ok.

Had pre booked parking in multi storey, after trip when put ticket in it said we were due £211! Help button person sorted it but was an unpleasant shock 😮.

Drop off and pick up spot on but when I picked my car up they must have been using two hands to put my hand brake on as they have totally stretched my handbrake cable so going to have to put it in the garage to get sorted now. It actually hits the centre console now when putting it on instead of it reaching half way at best. Not great.
