“Perfect experience. Dropped car off at 3am, an attendant was there at the gate to direct us. Dropped keys off and another attendant gave us instructions for collecting the car at the end of our holiday. When collecting the car, you scan your ticket which releases your keys and tells you where your car is parked, which was about 10 metres away. Brilliant experience. Will be using again.”

“After a week away on return at 02.00am fed ticket into barrier machine, only for it to say the ticket had already been used to exit. This was impossible as the ticket had been in my possession from the time I entered the car park until my return from holiday. The barrier did not open! Pressed the call button for help, operator asked what the problem was. I informed him what had happened and the message recived on the ticket machine. He requested my name and message on the machine. I told him the parking ticket had been held in a safe while away and the operator was able to check the details and open the barrier for exit.. Fortunately in this instance we were able to get help from the operator promptly but dread to think what would heve happened if assistance had not been available so quickly.”
