I was booked for surface parking which was full when I arrived. Signs told me to go to multi storey. When I exited the machine tried to charge me for£400. I was displeased. I had to contact staff and explain. They did sort it quite quickly. It was annoying. Also difficult to find the right exit in the terminal to get across at the right point.

Usually a no-hassle experience at Edinburgh and this time a bit disappointed as they were doing works on the surface car park limiting capacity which meant that we could not find a car parking space. I would have thought that this should have triggered an allowance to use multi-storey but it did not. Hopefully normal service will resume soon!!

Prepaid but when we put ticket in machine at exit it said we owed £140!! Pressed for help and received answer and resolution quickly but shouldn't have happened in first place. That is why given average rating. All else great!

Surface parking area provides quicker access to terminal without having to wait on a transfer bus. However the revised terminal layout means there's a longer walk to get into the terminal from the car park than there used to be. Spaces are also very tight and it can be difficult to find a space as there is no indication given as to where spaces are.

parking is fine, bays are well laid out only problem is our parking was rebooked and paid for but for the 2nd time when we put our ticket in the machine it asked us for over £100 and we had to call the attendant.

whilst I found the parking experience easy to access, that's twice I've gone to leave the carpark and upon inserting my ticket, I've been told there is a charge and I've had to contact services to explain I have prepaid and, by luck, have kept a hols of my booking reference. Some others may not be as organised and will need to pay the additional amount to exit

Disabled parking area closed no alternative provided camera wrongly recorded my reg no caused delay in exiting car park

Multi storey car park used to be very handy for access to the main door to the terminal through a covered walkway. It was expensive but convenient. Now the main door has been closed, the covered walkway leads to a blank wall. It's still just as expensive, but a lot less convenient than it used to be. Access road markings before the airport are now so faded they are illegible, causing near misses from drivers who aren't familiar with the lanes.

Car parking normally excellent, however, as a disabled driver who has used your carpark on numerous time I found it very difficult finding a disabled spot. New installation work has to be done but presently the site is not up to your usual high standard.

Every time I leave plane parking it's a problem. There is always a problem with the ticket that was issued

Arrival and fast pass through security were very good but when I returned late in the evening there was building work on the external cladding and all access points to the multi storey car park were closed off. There was no one there or signage to give direction as to how we were to get back to our car. I eventually had to move a barrier that stated No Admittance so we could get to the lift area. This was very frustrating after a very long day of travel/work!

Despite booking the short stay a long time ago there were very few spaces left and they were in the overflow which is a long walk from the terminal. We almost neede shuttle transport.

Long standing customer and usually very happy, especially with the first rate customer service. Currently a large section of the terminal surface parking is closed off for future improvements. This is making the remaining area far busier than normal. On last three visits I've needed to park a long way from the main building and circle the car park looking for a space. During my last visit I was forced to take a tighter space than I would normally use. I returned to find both sides of my (2 year old) car dented. It may be worth booking long-stay or multi-storey until this work is complete.

Good for us and multi storey easily accessible on arrival for departure. Return was not so god as we had to walk back a fair distance to gain access to the multi storey as we had hold luggage and not just hand baggage which would have allowed us to use fast track. So improved access on exit from the terminal for those with luggage would make things much better.

Terminal multi storey expensive but otherwise very good. Booking confirmation by email had return hours 04.00 when it had been booked for 16.00 and this what showed on screen. Meant a phone call to ensure not charged extra when landing around 14.00 hours!

I had issues with parking on 6th Dec 2018 due to areas being out off use took over 40mins to find a place, not the best start to a holiday. After contacting EA on my return I was given an apology and a partially refund.

Parking this time was difficult as a big part of the car park was closed due to maintenance, this meant we gad d to park really far away and the weather was pretty bad, heavy rain and high winds.
