“Booked an electric charge space.
On arrival NO electric charge spaces, which had non electric vehicles parked in them.
Not a reliable service if you are dependent on charging your vehicle.”
“Love using the multistory car park at Edinburgh as it also gives you a route to the fast lane for security if you are booked in and only have hand luggage
But it seems like everytime I leave I have to use the intercom to get out as it does not recognise my ticket do they not have number plate recognition , this is my only complaint so will always use it”
“First time booking fast parking so easy and super close to terminal arriving back just got keys from locker and car sitting waiting will defo use again made holiday so much easier coming from Glasgow”
“Excellent car park. Convenient location, good price if you book ahead, good toilet facilities, very clean. Only criticism was that I found it difficult to follow the directions to find the car park on arrival at the airport. Entry to and exit from the car park itself were excellent, by ticket and licence plate recognition.”

“I had pre booked my parking in the multi story, it did take a long time to find a space as it was exceptionally busy, but I eventually find one on the top level. The car park was well laid out, not narrow lanes, and clearly signposted.”
