“Parking in the multi storey always takes some of the stress away from what can be a bit stressful - arriving at the airport, taking luggage across to checkin and through security.”
“The car park is easy to get to and well sign posted. I booked in advance with pricing being reasonable. I parked at the terminal car park during peak school holidays but there was plenty of spaces to choose from with the walk to the airport entrance being a few minutes. Leaving was straight forward and hassle free as well.”
“Parking and fast track was easy to find and use. Email instructions was excellent and helped to go into the car park. Short walk to the terminal building. Only issue was the lack of signs to direct from the terminal building to the car park.

“Multistory car park is really good value. Closest to the airport and free priority security included. One way to improve would be to move the directions when you arrive back to go through the airport and not walk toward the long b stay as you them then to double back on yourself to get to the lifts which is a bit annoying especially if you have luggage.”

I just want to say a massive thank you to one particular member of the team who went above and beyond to help us.
We were a group of 8 and, after collecting our luggage at around 1:30am, we realised we had left a bag behind in the baggage collection area. I asked every member of staff I could find within the airport for help, but unfortunately no one was able to assist.
One of the valet team members took the time to get his manager involved, and thanks to them, they managed to locate and retrieve my suitcase before we started our drive back to Newcastle.
I honestly can’t thank your team enough. They were so helpful, kind and went above and beyond when we really needed it.
