On return my car had quite a bird of bird poo splattered on it so how about including a quick valet before delivery!!!!!!! (at an extra charge of course!!) ”

My grope, as such, is that I have no control over delayed take offs strong headwinds etc, therefore I found the £45 a little steep and unessary. ”
