“ 3rd or 4th time I am using the fast park parking service, and despite the brutal raise of fee and tariffs, it remains the most convinient and practical way to safely park you car, and to be sure you'll find it back as you left it. However, I would like to know why that sudden raise. In 2025 it was £96 for a stay during the Xmas week, and now it was £136 for a week in September. Can somebody explain this to me? ”

“ Finding a parking space was frustrating, we eventually found one a distance away from the bus stop, I am a blue badge holder as I have difficulty walking distance but no blue badge spaces available, why are there only 8 spaces at each stop and WHY are drivers parking in these spaces not penalised for not displaying the badge ?? There should be a warning of a penalty and taken automatically to deter these selfish people. In May there was a works van parked in the BB space with no badge displayed, other than that we like the service and use it twice a year, should there be a loyalty bonus 🤷‍♂️ ”
