Multi-storey worked very well-5 stars but we only parked there last minute as we were in danger of missing our flight. Fastpark, where we were booked, was chaotic with no spaces left in drop off lanes. We waited 30 mins in queue then rebooked multi-storey and just made flight. Have received no email, apology or refund

Very easy to book and easy to access multiple storey. 5 fast track passes included with our booking. Was an issue with changing my reg and ended up paying twice. Robert in Customer Services arranged for a refund. Excellent customer service. Cost of parking for Fri to to Sun was less than return taxi fare so definitely recommend.

I extended my Fastpark stay and paid the extra at the terminal, I had to pay again to recover my keys, I got in touch when I got home and Matthew has arranged a refund within 5 working days so it ended ok in the end, all good otherwise.

Booked pre paid parking ticket for a work collegue however it wasnt recognised on exit , As he had a large queue behind him with no telecome assisatnce avialable and had to pay £125 to exit ,I raised query on Friday 11th April and got a reply today with fill explanation and refund being procsssed , Brilliant service greta value for money and if something doies go worng they sort it for you ASAP .

On arrival it would be good to make clear to keep your arrival ticket to enable you to exit. Many airport parking locations use car registration only for exit. Also the areas can be delineated more specifically suck as A1 A2 etc as A alone is a large area to refund your car after a long flight. The bus process to and ftom was very efficient and great pickup and drop off location at the airport terminal.

More signage needed on Moxy hotel side of roundabout. Signs other side and not seen. Ended up going through drop off/pick up area and had to pay £6! This was 3.20am -3.30am on Sunday 13th April - you will see from your cameras we went straightvthrough - car SA70 JYC Ford Puma. Refund of the £6 would be good and appreciated. Bet we are not the first or last to have this happen. Thank you. Please respond.

As a regular airline traveller from Edinburgh airport my parking preference is always the Fast Park facility. It is normally very efficient, if somewhat pricey at times. Regtrettably on this occassion the facility had been overbooked and we were directed to a much more distant car park. No email apology or offer of refund was made

Unfortunately I had to cancel the booking. The process to refund/cancel(?) the cost proved to be far from simple. If it could be made simpler that would help in in time when all sorts of efunds are being sought!!

Paid for charging car however leads left out of car by mistake so couldn’t charge car! To be fair not told leads are a must. Thought we may have received refund to use towards charging next time

Car park so near the terminal, was easy. Thanks. Feel that I had already booked, couldn't find email. Attempted to contact airport night prior to departure to clarify, unable to speak to anyone, poor, so I rebooked. Would be good if you could check and refund initial payment
