On return tried to access the multistory car park, but it was fenced off. There was no sign to indicate how we could access the car park. Disgraceful considering how much we paid to park there. After discussing with others we decided only a long walk was way in. Refund?

Terrible I went to the right car park and was charged £150 upon leaving after having booked and paid £40 in advance. I would like to ask for a refund however there is no place that I can see to do this on the Airport website. This is very disappointing. I would not choose to fly from Edinburgh airport again because of this.

I absolutely do not recommend this parking! If your flight gets canceled over the weekend, you have no way to cancel your reservation or get a refund.

I have left 2 emails asking for a refund as I didn’t get use of the parking that I paid for which was supposed to be “refundable” and still haven’t heard anything back? I was also charged £9 on the way out straight after entering.

Due to the severe storm my flight was delayed 17 hours and I decided to not travel as arriving at 3am at my destination was not tenable. Jet2.com are refunding my flight.
I did not use the car park and would like a refund. But your systems will not allow me to even discuss this. In cases where Government advice says do not travel a refund for services not used is surely a reasonable request?

When I returned and tried to leave the car park I was charged again - this time THREE times the daily amount! On checking the receipt (I had to pay in order to leave the car park and go home) this was because their supposedly wonderful registration cameras had completely misread my number plate - it wasn't even close and my number plates were perfectly clean and clear! I am currently in dispute with the car park to refund the astronomical amount that I was charged.
