Parked up fine and then later on, my flight got cancelled. Returned to my car after 4 hours. Small print says I’m not eligible for a refund. Second kick in the teeth. Now I keep getting emails pestering me to submit review, this continually reminding me of my rotten time and bad luck at Edinburgh Airport.

I’d booked the Airport Parking from a Hotel next door to it, however during the night my airline & travel company cancelled my flights & holiday due to the trouble in the Middle East. I wasn’t able to get a refund for my car park booking because it was within a 24 hour period. So I paid for parking that was unable to use.

I accidentally parked on long-stay parking instead of my reserved plain parking. It was my mistake, however there was no option to pay just a difference, so I had to pay a full separate amount for the long stay parking without any possibility of the refund of my reservation.

Hi there I had my booking for my holiday to Dubai but holiday was cancelled due to the war. Edinburgh Airport Parking had my flights details did I hear from them no absolutely nothing. I tried to cancel it online but I found it far too complicated and gave up. Hopefully after writing this review they will contact me to organise a refund.

The service is excellent. But I got overcharged an extra day. The claim took 3 weeks to receive my money which is entirely unacceptable. During my initial request for a refund, I passively aggressively got told it was my fault!
Customer service training required!
