Early organisation was excellent, booking and payment made and number plate recognised on entry. Unfortunately when trying to leave I was charged £120 before the barrier would lift. Subsequent enquiries suggests that the number plate was not recognised hence the charge. I'm still waiting for the promised refund.

I booked my car in and an hour later, circumstances changed in that I couldn't use the slot. I asked for a refund, thinking that it had been less than an hour. I was told that wasn't possible given that your rules dictated that in the 24 hours before I might have arrived at the car park, it wasn't possible to refund. That's ridiculous given that all you did was take my money for nothing, in an act of usery. It is very unfair.

Was the worse parking experience was charged an extra 28.00 for a 3 day stay that amounted to over 100 I am looking for my booking form to get a refund . Was terrible but let’s face it no choice if I need to be at hand near an airport. I was tired after the journey I just wanted home

Hello, I paid for 2 days parking before heading to the airport. I managed to get an earlier flight home so left a day early from the car park but I was charged an additional £65 when I put my ticket in at the barrier - can youpease tell me how i get a refund on the £65?

No problem dropping off my car. The problem came when picking it up. Car keys weren’t in locker and many other people were in the same position. Had to wait over an hour for our car to be returned to us due to lack of staff than charged £6 to leave car park. Complained and received a refund quickly so thank you for that. I would not use this service again though due to fear of it happening again.

Arriving at the airport to go on holiday was fine , coming back into the airport after our holiday was ridiculous, , we scanned our barcode, the computer said our car wasn't ready please speak to the reception desk, we went to the reception area where there was about 30 family's all waiting for their cars, reception took our receipt and told us they were short staffed and our cars had to be defrosted and thawed out and if we beared with them we would get them back as soon as possible, we waited over an hour for fast track parking and pick up !!!!!!!!!, I thought I would automatically get an apology and refund for this ridiculous service, but until now I have heard nothing.
