“ i couldn’t find the parking spot and was charged for 70£ i need a refund ”

“ Hi there I had my booking for my holiday to Dubai but holiday was cancelled due to the war. Edinburgh Airport Parking had my flights details did I hear from them no absolutely nothing. I tried to cancel it online but I found it far too complicated and gave up. Hopefully after writing this review they will contact me to organise a refund. ”

“ The service is excellent. But I got overcharged an extra day. The claim took 3 weeks to receive my money which is entirely unacceptable. During my initial request for a refund, I passively aggressively got told it was my fault! Customer service training required! ”

“ Arrival was very good and depositing of keys etc very good We had to cut our holiday short due to ill health of a child so car was away for 48 hrs instead of the 7 days originally planned Contacting the car park from abroad was easy and changing the booking so as we had our car back for our return was excellent However when we looked at trying to regain some of the cost from the original days paid for, we were told a very blunt no …… Happy to take money so so happy to refund Ronnie ”
