The parking itself was very easy and very close to the terminal which was nice after a long haul flight. However, we were charged an extra £6 to exit the car park. Contacted the email address on the 09/10 and after a while was advised the camera did not pick up our number plate and they would refund the charge. Took until 28/10 for the refund to be actioned.

Pre booked Edinburgh Airport Parking, was all in itself incident free, no hassles, and worked as it should.
I have only given a 3 star rating as we had also booked for fast track through UK passport control on our return, only to find that it no longer ixists and according to the polite lady directing us to the general queue along with all the other passengers, that this service had not been in use for months. So it begs the question, why did Edinburgh Airport, not get in touch to refund the money that we paid for a service they no longer offer????

when we arrived, we were told that the fast park was full, so we had to go and park on the top floor of the multi storey car park. no ticket given so had to buzz the operator to explain at start and end of holiday. defeated the point of paying extra for fast pass and no apology or refund offered.

I didn’t her to park my car due to personal reasons and because it was less than 24 hours. Could not move or request a refund. Even though my booking was flexible. Disappointed

I am rightly contacting them for a full refund and many people that suffered this that morning or if it’s a regular thing should definitely do the same.

It seems , after following a plane park bus into what I assumed was the plane park car park, and getting picked up by a plane park bus and returned to by a plane park bus , turned out to be a long stay car park and got charged £120 to get out this was after I booked and paid £50 up front for my 3 day stay, this was nothing short of robbery, I’m sure your computer system will show the car park I used, I’ve received no refund for my initial booking by plane park, if this was not a plane park car park then why do plane park buses pick up customers there , this is very confusing and needs addressing, I feel that this is something you are already aware of and unwilling to address in order to fleece customers of money, as I said earlier this is out and out robbery, it’s disgraceful, I’m extremely disappointed and somewhat disenchanted, I would ask you to refund me for my stay, which I expect will fall on deaf ears, I gave a one star review simply because a zero rating wasn’t available, I have no intention on recommending you to anyone in future.

Had to make a new booking to extend my stay but on exit I had to pay £244 before the barrier was lifted. For 3 weeks I have tried to get a refund but it is almost impossible to contact them.

Booking was straight forward and arrival was smooth. I had booked a two and a half day stay and when leaving hit with a £100 pound charge. Tried calling intercom only to be met with no answer. Now awaiting a refund of £100 which could take over 8 days.
