“ I have booked u with you many a time but unfortunately I made a genuine mistake of in putting my arrival at 16.00 hours instead of 06.00 hours in which I was charged £25 extra for 10 hours mistake I made hopefully you can refund this which was a genuine error and feel the cost is extremely high I.
