“Had used this parking option before ( fast track ) still find it difficult to locate the right level to park on. The doorway to the bridge over to the terminal is very dark and not well marked. Traffic cones to be found in certain spaces but no explanation as to why?? Car park overall is clean and well maintained however.”

“Worked very well! Plenty of spaces! Bus every 10 mins ! Slight problem getting out, but guy on intercom sorted it for me! Jumped a tram into city centre where we were staying! Excellent! Would recommend it!”

“I know you guys need to make money but the compulsory shopping mall between security and the departures area is nothing short of an abomination to all sensibility; tacky, overpriced NOT duty free savings. Do you think we are all fools? The pong of cheap perfume and desperate sales personnel (who wants a shot of malt whisky at 6am?); dazzling whiteness made the whole walk nauseous. Sorry. The new security area is a great improvement on the previous decade but at a busy commuter time last Thursday at 6am it was at capacity. Passengers had to be held before passing through the security scan of boarding passes. There were however at the same time two security belts not staffed... staff sickness and/or inadequate backup systems? From arrival at boarding pass scanning to body scanning was about 15 minutes.. not good. Parking at a pre-booked space within the terminal area although very expensive.. £36 ish for 36 hours.. worked a treat.”

“I use Edinburgh Airport parking on a very regular basis and it is so easy to access. Mid Stay is so conveniently placed for the terminal and I have recently started using on line booking which works a treat.I cannot recommend enough.”

“No problems in the long stay parking simply booked online the times id be arriving and a rough idea of the time I'd be leaving, on arrival press button and machine automatically reads your registration plate then you just park up in a space, find the nearest bus stop within the carpark there are loads all around the place and every 10 mins a free bus takes you to the airport, on way back you find the correct meeting point for the shuttle bus to collect you which is every 10 mins again and is also marked out on signs easy to see then bus will take you back to long stay parking find your car drive to barrier press button that is you sorted ready to rumble.”

“Directions were good, very easy to check in. I made a mistake and registered my wife's car instead of my own and only realised when i collected the ticket at the barrier. So admittedly i am a bit of a tube. I pressed the button at the pay station and to explain this before i left for our trip. the guy at the other end stated it would be fine and simply buzz at the gate on leaving. I did this last night and although it only took a few minutes to sort it seemed to inconvenience the person on the other side of the intercom. he was polite but his tone was a little condescending. No need to get him into trouble but possible a little customer service training. you know the smile before you answer the phone technique and we could have had a laugh at my stupidity. Apart from that all good although the signage to where you pick up the bus could have been better. Admittedly it was the same spot it dropped us but after a weekend of killing brain cells in hamburg that can be quite difficult for your average joe. (which i'm not, and you would know that if you had seen me on the karaoke stage)”

“yes i found staff very helpful...Unfortunate i did miss my flight schedule...So many people waiting around...This being my first Flight..Thinking at that time....deciding to come back..letting the queue go down...Vueling staff from which i paid for flight... i did not feel help me a great deal...giving me a copy of a number i should call...Saying i missed the flight with Iberia airlines...after the Flight was paid in full...with Paypal method....This being 2.0 pm...They flight was delayed that day..by 20 minutes..the Flight was scheduled to leave at 2.15 pm...plus delay time ..But i was highly delighted by the Edinburgh Airport car park attendants..very.helpful comments.....Thank you ...”
