“I use Edinburgh Airport long stay car parking at least one time in year. At the bigining it wasn’t easy to find it (there are too many another parkings around). It would be nice to use special large banner corresponding with the web-site design.
Last time I arrived at night and had great difficulties to find my car. My phone was discharged and I couldn’t look at photo I made. Probably it would be nice to have an option to choose a certain parking space during a reservation (at least a certain zone G3 or D4). At least I will have it on my ticket. It could be optional but I’m quite sure some people would be very happy to use it! It would be nice to see a large telephone number of customer support because I felt very lonely and in panic during my searching. Sometimes people need just an advice!”
“i arrived in the dark at 5.30 am , the signage was not clear and ended up in the drop off zone had to pay a £1 to get out but once I found the car park it was all good no issues, recommend it any time.”
“Just pre-pay, turn up in the car you registered to park, park up a couple of minutes from departures, drive out on return using your ticket. No hassle, no delays.”
