Parking is grand. To make us pay £1 each time we use your trolleys is a god damn disgrace. Have a returns system where you refund the money. You’re such cheapskates. The drop off used to be reasonable. Now it’s extortionate. What will you overcharge us for next?

It was an excellent experience, but I don’t understand why they charged me an extra 6 pounds at the end, especially since my return flight time was mentioned correctly.
Another suggestion is to add a car service option to this package, so when a customer returns, they receive a neat and clean car.

Reasonably priced parking a little distance from the airport with free shuttle to and from airport. Reasonably well li for late night returns.

Long stay parking - good value and not really that far from terminal with clear signposting. However, there are no trolley returns in this car park, spaces were quite hard to find with cars parked all over the place and outside marked bays. There was also quite a lot of litter/debris about.

We arrived at the airport first truck parking and met the staff who assisted us with the procedures as it was our first time here. It was quick and then just few minutes walking to the airport. Our returns was also smooth. I'm glad we booked this car park

Returns was slightly more adventurous as the signage from arrivals was "ok" as there were lots of twists and turns to take.

Good experience, was straight forward and easy to use. Could be improved by use of app rather than a slip of paper that could easily be mislaid. Also trolley returns in the car park would be good too, non to be seen .

We used the fastpark option. It maybe a wee bit more pricey but its simple to use and close to the terminal. Drop off keys straight forwards - just have your flight details to hand. Returns easy car re-parked well before landing. Saves worrying about keys whilst enjoying your holiday
