I am unable to book airport parking with a Mac computer and I was not offered any help or alternative. I was just told that it is impossible to book parking with a Mac computer. If I could give Edinburgh Airport parking zero stars I would do that. I complained to the person in charge of online parking booking and he could not have been more helpful and apologised for the fact that I had been given wrong information and credited me for my parking fee. So, now that he has explained the process using a Mac I will use the car park again!
