Having purchased a 3 week ticket and arriving at the barrier at 4.30 I. The morning to find the barrier did not recognise the number plate (even though correct on e mail confirmation, the guys in the office could not of been more helpful and advised when we arrived home should the barrier not allow us to exit to ask for help, as you can appreciate a busy airport and lots of taxis at the barrier waiting to exit/arrive also, thank heavens it was 6 am in the morning on exit and nobody parked behind us at the barrier as out total cost was £840.00, luckily we could reverse and re-enter the carpark to see the guys in the office who once again were more than helpful they produced a new card to enable us to exit the car park, so should the barrier not recognise your number plate don’t worry as the guys sort the problem out.
