I am a frequent flyer at Edinburgh Airport but my first time using the car park. The sign posting for the car parking is awful. Despite knowing my way around, I spent 15mins looking for the right place to go. Specifically the problem is there is conflicting and confusing information about the multi-storey versus surface car parking area. It is not clear on the materials sent or at the airport, that FASTRACK simply means parking in the multi-storey car park. The signage and information provided to customers needs to be overhauled.
