Booking was very easy - the process clear and logical. The confirmation e-mail included all the information I required. It was also helpful to have access to the Fast Track facility included in the price although it would be helpful if the Fast Track access bridge was more effectively sign-posted, particularly from the other floors (it's on the second floor and not immediately visible.) Finally, while making the booking I had allowed plenty of time in the event of a flight delay when providing a finish time for my session. In the event, BA managed to delay me by more than an hour-and-a-half and I was expecting some kind of excess charge when I reached the exit barrier from the multi-storey. Thankfully, I was "allowed out" without any fuss so thank you for that. My only other observation is that the former exit doors from the terminal to the multi-storey seem to have been closed in favour of the new entrance/exit to the airport which means it does take longer to walk back to the multi-storey - and there should be better signposting for it.
