It was hassle free and so convenient. If I had to give feedback I would say when the confirmation email comes through it would be great to have a more clear /basic instruction as in when you arrive go to multi storey car park, your reservation number will be printed on your ticket you will need this on departure. I put my ticket into the pay machine on departure...I’m not sure if I was meant to do this or head straight for the exit..some clearer dummy proof instructions would be great.
