The location is amazing but the instructions are not very clear on how to obtain your ticket/booking. When we arrived, we followed the website directions to just enter the complex and take a ticket. Upon leaving we were met with a £205 bill - we called through the intercom and the gentleman on the other side was very helpful and rectified the situation but directions on parking/entering you reference (or even that you will need to call through to the intercom) would have been helpful.
