Parked using the terminal car park here at Edinburgh Airport because it's a bit closer to the main terminal and I've used it before but I've also used the long stay and to be honest other than walking distance there isn't much difference. The spaces can be a bit on the tight side and it's just the luck of the draw as to weather the car parks are busy or if there are plenty spaces when you arrive. On arrival at the car park I didn't receive a ticket from the machine but the barrier eventual rose and i managed to park my car in a space just being vacated. I exited 4 days later on my return having anticipated a problem without a ticket, this was solved via a quick coms at the barrier by providing my reg and so on. I've read reveiws of others having the same experience but it was solved quickly so all in all I can't complain and my car was safe.
