Well signed with easy to follow directions on your booking, was quick and efficient on arrival with a member of staff available to assist you. First time using the service so had concerns but these were put at ease from arriving. Staff gave clear instructions on parking location for access to reception, staff at reception also gave further information and directions after dropping keys in secure box for collection on return. On return took no more than 5 minutes to collect keys with instructions to location of vehicle and exit. No searching for parking tickets for machines on exit just approach barriers and auto recognition from arrival gate and leave hassle free.
