The process of booking was easy and the charges fair compared to other airport car parks. The signage to the car park was good until reaching the entrance when it was not clear and I drove on to the staff car park. Otherwise the entry and exit process was straightforward. I had made a mistake on my return time and there was no way to correct this whilst I was away -it would be better if the booking process took account of the flight numbers and made an auto correction to the entry and exit times. Fortunately I did not have to pay extra but I don't understand why not. The approach to the car park is let down by the state of the roads around the airport. The bus service operated within the time bands given on the information sheet and the drivers were friendly. The bus shelters were flimsy and on the day I was parking my car I thought the roof was going to blow off and I did not want to use it.
