First time using Fastpark,helped to park and help before we left our key. Coming back to collect car a week later at 8pm, we couldn't find anyone to help us but other travellers who had used the car park before were helping folk. Fairly straightforward and brilliantly placed for airport. Will use again, only giving 4 stars due to no official to help when returning. Now we've done it once, we'd know what to do next time
