Easy to book, easy to use. Main problem was when I was leaving the car park - I put my ticket into the machine and it said that I owed £205. That's the second time that (or similar) has happened. I spoke to an operator and they sorted it quickly but it's not great - not clear why that happens and it caused mild panic for a few minutes.
