Every time i leave the car park it tries to charge me a ludicrous sum. I need to call on the intercom to get my reg number/booking details verified manually before the exit barrier raises. Not a massive hassle but it shouldn’t happen either so points off for that. The ‘path’ to the terminal isn't as obvious as it could be. Apart from that, my car has always been in the same place and condition i left in in.
