Car park was undergoing surfacing works. Poor traffic management in place. Sections of road to be surfaced had large steps and ramps with no warning signage. Exit was demarcated into lanes with barriers yet unclear what route you were supposed to take so presented a safety risk.
On a separate issue, poor directional signage within the car park indicating where the pedestrian routes are to take you to the terminal.
